Modern teaching strategies Identify teaching strategies as a combination of methods Altric overlapping private and public and appropriate The objectives of the educational situation, and also means the movements of the teacher in the classroom and beyond. Any strategy is that the teaching methods and teaching methods used by the teacher to achieve the educational goals And behavioral goals for students to reach the best level. Successful Strategic specifications: - That are sensitive to individual differences, and to be taken into account the possibilities available, and linked to the objectives of teaching And the type and style of teaching Types of Instructional Strategies 1) a strategy role-playing 2) critical thinking strategy 3) a strategy brainstorming 4) linguistic communication strategy 5) search strategy, exploration 6) a strategy of creative thinking 7) cooperative education strategy 8) strategy concepts 9) formative assessment strategy 10) strategy patterns Use these strategies in order to better education to create a generation educated in learning depends Method of solving problems that help him in his career and through my research on these strategies I found out through me for some scientific forums that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Has several model schools apply these strategies in education for a generation appears ready to work in the realm of life That depends entirely on the accrediting learning at this time Studies have demonstrated the success of this education much more than before in this way Teaching and learning strategies learning and teaching strategies Origin of the word strategy strategy origin The origin of the word strategy (strategy) to the Greek word (strategia), which means military prowess or the art of war. The strategy refers to the art of distributing and using military means and tools in order to reach a specific goal. When the direct docking with the enemy, will move the focus to the tactics which refers to the methods used in the implementation of each element of the plan and method of employment of all resources and capabilities, including the armies in the battle. Definition of the strategy and the difference between them and the way Strategy: is a plan showing how to reach a specific goal. And refers to a complex network of ideas, experiences and expectations, goals, experience and memory that represents the plan so as to provide a general framework for a group of acts to reach a specific goal. Method: mechanism and how to implement each of the acts required for the application of the strategy depending on a variety of sources and tools. Strategies and methods of teaching and learning learning and teaching methods and strategies Education Strategies: Refers to the methods and plans followed by the teacher to reach the learning objectives. Teaching methods: the commonly used by the teacher and the creation of a mechanism that determine the appropriate environmental learning and determine the nature of the activity that includes the role of the teacher and the role of the student during the lesson. Learning strategies: specific acts performed by the learner to make learning process easier, faster and more fun and effective, and that will make it a self-educated and able to employ what they have learned in new situations. Note: All education strategy can be linked to a variety of modalities or learning strategies. How to distinguish between the strategies of teaching and learning? Astrutajita distinguish between teaching and learning through the role played by the teacher in the educational system. Example: One of the methods used in the direct teaching of education records, which is one of effective modalities in education because it offers a way to communicate with the maximum amount of students and provide a large amount of information to them, also increases the ability of the teacher on classroom management. But there is a wide range of features poor education records because it is based on the unrealistic assumption of the level of students' understanding and reduces the feedback from them. The removal of students for the learning process leads to rapid forgetting of information obtained. But there are strategies for teaching include teaching the student how to learn, how do you remember, how to think, and how to make the learning process more fun. This refers to the concept of lifelong learning. On the basis of these strategies have a new role played by the teacher to be a facilitator of the learning process. And employs its energy potential and to find and define the modalities makes the student more independent. What is the difference between the two strategies then? Teaching strategies focus on the role played by the teacher in the management of the educational process, regardless of the proportion of this role. Strategies that focus to be a teacher is the facilitator of the learning process and the student is the focus of this process is called learning strategies. The result: Teaching strategies include learning strategies, in other words the teacher can teach in any strategy that uses one of the strategies that focus on student learning. Example: One of the strategies used in the interactive learning is a strategy of cooperative learning. Different categories of teaching strategies and examples of each Important Note: This can be one of the roads in more than a strategy, and an example, note that the method of problem solving in learning is part of the education strategy of indirect as well as within the strategy of interactive learning About some of the strategies : First, a strategy role-playing games: Concept: Is one of the methods of education and training represent a realistic behavior in an artificial position, and assume everyone involved in the educational activity one of the roles that exist in the real situation, and interact with others within the role relationship roles. Its objectives: § Provide opportunities for self-expression, and the emotions of students. § increase students' interest in the subject of the lesson at hand, where the teacher can be guaranteed by the new scientific article, or the promotion of scientific material studied. § training students to debate and to identify the rules, and encourage them to communicate with each other; to exchange information or inquire about. § Provide students with a valuable trends and adjust their behavior, and help them to behave in certain situations if they put in it. § encourage the spirit of the students' spontaneous, where the dialogue which automatically and naturally between the students, especially in the positions of the roles of free and unrestricted text or dialogue. § the development of students' ability to accept different views, and away from the intolerance of one opinion. § strengthen students' sense of others, and taking into account their feelings, and respect for their ideas. Procedures for their implementation: Role-playing activity consists of three phases, and includes nine steps are: First phase: the preparation phase, and include the following steps: heating, selection of participants, set the stage, the preparation of observers. Phase II: the representation of roles, including the step representation role. Phase III: Follow-up and evaluation, and include the following steps: discussion and evaluation, re-enacting the role (if needed), discussion and evaluation (after the re-role), participate in the experience. Second, a strategy of cooperative learning: Concept: Teaching strategy in which students learn by working in small groups of heterogeneous cooperating in their educational accomplish the tasks assigned to them. Its objectives: § help to use the thought processes more inferential. § contribute to raise the level of academic achievement for students. § develop positive relationships, and helps the individual to accept the views of others. § raise the motivation of learners. § help to build positive attitudes toward school and better teachers. § achieve a higher estimate of the self. § help to adapt the positive to the student psychologically and socially. Procedures for their implementation: 1. Students are divided into heterogeneous groups (vary in their level of school) so that in each group 3 5 students, and assigns each student in the group a role to play (chairman, coordinator, speaker ... etc.). 2. The teacher begins the study of the introduction gives a quick overview of the lesson and the objectives they wish to achieve with the students through collaborative work. 3. Ask the teacher and the first worksheet, after the boot of the activity; to ensure students' understanding of the content of the worksheet, and shows them to be done. 4. The teacher makes sure the availability of educational background (previous experience, he studied earlier, the introduction lesson, a lesson in reading the book) of the students from which to; to practice before the educational activity in the worksheet. 5. Allows the teacher the opportunity to members of each discussion group activity, and exit at the end of time allocated and the opinion of the product of a unified one. 6. Each group was the product of their work in front of students and the debate is about what is being offered, then the teacher writes on the blackboard a simple summary of the most important thing I agree on it. 7. Implement the rest of the activities (working papers) with the same mechanism as the time allowed by the quota. 8. The teacher at the end of the lesson evaluation process; check to make sure the objectives of the lesson the students and allows them the opportunity to write a summary Sbora. Third, formative assessment teaching strategy: Concept: Teaching is a strategy based on the calendar that is being phased during the performance of the teacher for the position of educational learning, in order to take the feedback inspired by the collection of information on students and their learning, and then diagnosed with this fact, and to identify their needs and rely on to plan for subsequent learning. This strategy requires the adoption of the teacher Calendar essential part of teaching and learning process (before, during and after the implementation of the classroom learning); to overcome the difficulties and pitfalls facing the students' learning and processing. Its objectives: § employment outcomes evaluation process improvement in classroom student learning, and improve the performance of teachers. § Previous interest in learning and make it an important element and a requirement to learn the new president. § integrate the calendar in the process of teaching and learning, so that it is integrated with and not separated them. § individualized instruction so that each student is unique in the classroom learning. § activate the role of student in the process of teaching and learning and raise interest in and Dafieth to learn. § address the weaknesses of the students, and promote strengths. § the development of the role of the teacher in meeting the needs of students, and the requirements of the school curriculum. Procedures for their implementation: Lesson plan is prepared according to the teaching strategy of formative assessment, and implement in-class collaborative work, to provide working papers contain the following: 1. Assessment of the educational experience of students' prior. 2. Treatment of the educational experience of students' prior (if needed). 3. Knowledge of new learning. 4. Evaluate progress and to learn new treatment of the expected difficulties. 5. Treatment of the difficulties anticipated (if needed). 6. Therapeutic support learning actively, or reinforcing, or Atheraúa at the end of the lesson. Fourth, a strategic learning processes: Concept: Is a set of mental processes essential and complementary that help the learner to access to knowledge, and develop the ability to persevere, and self-learning, problem solving through observation, data collection, and the imposition of assumptions, and measurement of relationships, and interpretation in a scientific way using the senses and scientific thinking. Include basic science processes on eight processes are: observation, classification, communication, relations of space and time, the conclusion, relationships count (numbers), measurement, prediction (prediction). The integrated science processes viable include five operations: the control variables, interpret the data, the imposition of hypotheses, operational definition, experimentation. It is noted that the basic science processes and complementarity are organized hierarchically, in the sense that the use of integrative processes requires the mastery of basic processes, and the integration of science includes a set of basic operations. Its objectives: § help the learner to access the information themselves rather than submit to him by the teacher. § emphasize learning as a process of research and inquiry and discovery, not to teach the process of knowledge. § the development of some scientific attitudes of learners, such as curiosity, and the search for the causes of phenomena. § the development of critical thinking and innovative thinking of learners. § the development of the learner's ability to persevere and self-learning. § Providing the learner's positive attitudes towards the environment and conservation, which helped him to solve the problems facing the inside and outside the school. § transmission of the impact of the learner to acquire the skills of science to the positions of educational and other life. Procedures for implementing the Ha: Strategy of science processes provide a variety of training techniques require individual study, and study in groups; to practice cooperative learning, or discussion with the teacher, or brainstorming. The implementation strategy to carry out certain tasks, including planning, training activities based on science processes basic, or complementary, and the teacher through which direct the work of students, and follow-up, and provide a variety of activities, and feedback; for the realization of the mind to master science processes leading to innovation, and the depth of thinking . And feedback; for the realization of reason in the mastery of science processes leading to innovation, and the depth of thinking. Fifth: The strategy of the survey: Concept: Teaching strategy in which students deal with the scientific method steps integrated, where the student is placed in the face of one of the problems, plans and looks and works himself to be solved by generating hypotheses and testing. To explore a variety of three images are: 1. Free survey: in which the student selection method and question-and-materials and tools; to reach a solution to the problem that it faces. 2. Direct inquiry: the learner is working under the supervision and guidance of the teacher, or within the research plan has been prepared in advance. 3. Survey just: start going through stages of dividing the class into two groups, each group adopts a different perspective to the topic or issue at hand in the content of the lesson, as well as a third group in place of the jury. Its objectives: § help the student to build a cognitive structure, and building mental arranged the facts. § develop the skills of thinking, and independent work of learners, and access to knowledge for themselves. § develop the skills (processes) during the learning of science survey. § develop the skills of self-learning of learners. § practice of scientific research methodology known as steps. § Providing the learner's self-confidence and the ability to express an opinion, and accept the other opinion. Procedures for their implementation: 1. Posing the problem and meet the students' attitude puzzling. 2. Management discussed with the students to evaluate the information available to them about the problem, and that by offering a range of diverse questions. 3. Students do a series of experiments, data collection and requirements needed to solve the problem. 4. The students organize the data collected and interpreted, with their return to the problem-solving strategies they used during the survey. 5. The process of writing a special report of the survey. Sixth: The communication strategy learning resources: Concept: Is a set of skills that develop the capacity of teachers in how to connect to multiple types of learning resources, to serve the learning process of learners, and helps to develop creative abilities and skills of self-discovery and learning. It can be classified into four sources of learning items are: 1. Human Resources: and include persons who are directly the role of education such as teachers, or hired to further clarification, such as doctors, engineers, security officers and others. 2. Spatial sources: the locations in which they are interacting with other sources, including: exhibitions, museums, research centers, mosques and others. 3. Activities: represent all of the participation of the learner-oriented activities aimed at providing specific expertise such as: field visits, trips and lectures, seminars and others. 4. Educational materials: These are educational materials that are designed; to achieve educational goals, including: models, samples, drawings, maps, blackboards, CDs and more.
