هناك المفتيين الجد ممن يؤازرون السلطه فهم يفتون كي يصلوا او انهم وصلوا بالفعل ويدفعون ثمن وصولهم او المكلفين بقوله لهم فتاوي تضحك البلهاء ليس لها موعد فتوى تجيز الاختلاط بين الجنسين بلا شرط، وفتاوى تحرّمها إلاّ بشروط أقلّ ما يقال عنها أنها "مهزلة"، وفتوى تعلن أن الحجاب خاص بأمهات المؤمنين وحدهن، وأخرى تكفّر السافرات وترميهن بأقبح النعوت، وفتوى توجب النقاب وإن كلّف الفتاة مستقبلها وتعليمها، وأخرى تحرّمه وتستهزئ به وبالمنقّبات ربّما تماشياً مع من يعتبره "رمزاً لاستعباد المرأة" .. وعلى صعيد آخر نرى فتوى تجيز المقاومة وتسمح بالدعاء لها بالنصرة والغلبة (وهي حقّ) وأخرى رجعيّة.. تحرّمها وتدعو عليها بالهزيمة والخسران .. ومؤخّراً فتوى تحلّل وأخرى تحرّم بناء الجدار الفولاذي بين مصر وفلسطين، تماهياً مع رأي سياسي انتهازيّ يبرّر أو آخر حقوقي وإنسانيّ يندّد، وجدل ديني محتدم مذ كشفت الصحف الإسرائيلية عن هذا الجدار إلى أن يتمّ الانتهاء من بنائه ولن تنتهي الفتاوى بشأنه .. وهكذا فوضى الفتاوى العبثيّة تملأ الدنيا ضجيجاً فيما يعينها وما لا يعنيها .. فعمتم صباحاً يا رجال الدين.

ساحتنا المحلية ليست بمنأى عن هذه الفوضى التي تعمّ العالم، فجبروت الاستبداد الذي ينخر بكلّ طبقات مجتمعاتنا وطبائع أفراده، وبراثن الفقر، والاحتكار، والفساد الإداري والمالي والذممي، أدخلت الناس من مواطنين ونخب وساسة وحقوقيين في فوضى مفاهيمية فأفسدت علينا قيمنا المجتمعية ومبادئنا الإنسانية بعد أن تداخلت الأدوار فلبس الحقوقي قبعة السياسي، ومارس المهني من طبيب ومحامٍ ومعلّم دوره محقوناً بتوجهاته الطائفية والفئوية الضيقة، فوقع أكثر الناس فيما يعيبونه على الآخرين من الكيل بمكيالين، وازدواجية المعايير، والتعصّب الناجم من (تعصيب) كل طرف عينيه فلا يمكنه أن يرى الآخر أساساً، فكيف بإنصافه أو رفع الظلم عنه.

تأخذني الرأفة أحياناً بحال أمّتنا العربية لكثرة ما يمارس عليها من جلد الذات من قبل أبنائها، فأحاول أن أجد لها مبرّراً لما هي عليه من تخلّف وتدهور مستمر فألقي اللوم على المتربّصين بها الدوائر وما يُحاك عليها من مؤامرات، ولكن أعود فأسترجع عظماء التاريخ من أنبياء ومصلحين فلا أجد أن طريق أي منهم كان مفروشاً بالورود بل محفوفاً بالأعداء والمصاعب فاستطاعوا من رحم هذه التحدّيات أن يصنعوا أمّة الإيمان والإنجاز بعد أن انجذب إلى دعوتهم الإنسانية الباحثون عن الخير من شتى الأصقاع، ولعلّ ما يحدث اليوم من تنافر بين المتشابهين (في الظاهر) وتجاذب بين المختلفين (في المشارب) إرهاصات يوم التقاء (الأمة الوسط) لتكون شاهداً على الناس عسى أن يتسنّى أن نقول لها عمّا قريب ملء الفم: "أنعمتِ صباحاً ومساءً يا أمّة الإنسانية".
