بمناسبه انتهاء دوره الامم الافريقيه والنجاح الساحق للمدرب الوطني حسن شحاته -المعلم- وصولاته وجولاته ورؤيته الثاقبه الي دكه البدلاء وعمل التغييرات المناسبه في الاوقات المناسبه ومن قبلها ضم الكفاءات الملاءمه والموهوبه وليست المحظوظه او المسيسه وبعده عن العناصر الملتويه وبعده عن الجوقه الموسيقيه التي تعزف الايقاعات النشاز قد تم النصر للرجل وتوج بلقب بطل القاره والعالم في سبق لم يسبقه اليه غيره ---- من هنا واتتني الفكره -- لما لا نستعين بمدرب من هؤلاء يتولي حكمنا وقيادتنا الي النجاح وتكون اول معلوماته اننا شعوب غير قادره علي التغيير ولا علي التبديل ولا علي التجديد ولا علي البناء ولا علي كفاءه الاداء لان قيادتنا الرشيده علمتنا ان اول دروس الحياه بامان وفي امان -الصمت- واحتفظ برايك لنفسك ولا تكن ناجحا بلا واسطه ولا تكن امينا ولا تكن عادلا او غيورااو مفكرا او عالما وان اردت فغارحل فبلاد الدنيا اوسع ولهزا اكتشفت نيجيريا اننا لا نريد حسن شحانع فطلبت الاستعانه به
