قرر المستشار الدكتور عبد المجيد محمود، النائب العام، نقل الرئيس السابق حسني مبارك لأحد المستشفيات العسكرية بالقاهرة، وتوفير الرعاية الصحية له وتعيين الحراسة اللازمة عليه.

ورجحت مصادر أن تكون المستشفى العسكري هو المركز الطبي العالمي الذي يوجد بطريق الاسماعيلية، والذي شهد حالة من الاستعداد مؤخرًا، حسبما قالت المصادر.

وأمر النائب العام باتخاذ الإجراءات المقررة، بنقل مبارك للمستشفى، لكونه محبوسا احتياطيا وفقا لأحكام قانون السجون مع ضرورة إخطار النائب العام فور تحسن حالته الصحية وإمكانية نقله إلى السجن المقرر حبسه فيه احتياطيا.

من جانبه، أوضح المستشار عادل السعيد النائب العام المساعد والمتحدث الرسمي للنيابة العامة أن الدكتور عبد المجيد محمود النائب العام كان قد أصدر خطابا إلى وزير الداخلية اللواء منصور العيسوي لاتخاذ إجراءات نقل الرئيس السابق حسني مبارك المحبوس احتياطيا من مستشفى شرم الشيخ إلى مستشفى سجن طره.

وقال السعيد إن "وزير الداخلية رد على النائب العام بخطاب، أفاده فيه بأن إمكانات وتجهيزات مستشفيات السجون ليست بالكفاءة الطبية المناسبة لمواجهة أي تطورات للحالات الطبية التي تستدعي إدخالها العناية المركزة وهو ما يرى معه إيداعه بأحد المستشفيات العسكرية تحت الحراسة اللازمة"قال عاملون بمستشفى شرم الشيخ الدولي وبعض الضباط المُكلفين بحراسة الرئيس السابق حسني مبارك إن حالة الرئيس النفسية تحسنت، الخميس، بعدما جلس مع محاميه فريد الديب حتى الثامنة مساء.

وقالت مصادر داخل المستشفى إن الرئيس السابق مبارك بدأ بحث قرار حبسه منذ، مساء الاربعاء، مع المحامي فريد الديب، المُكلف بالدفاع عنه لمدة ساعة ونصف الساعة، أكد خلالها ''الديب'' أن موقفه في القضية قوي ولا يوجد أي دليل يثبت إصداره قراراً باستخدام العنف وقتل المتظاهرين يوم ''جمعة الغضب''.

وأضافت المصادر أن ''هايدي'' دخلت الغرفة وخلفها أحد العمال يحمل ''صينية'' ممتلئة بالطعام، أحضرته معها، وجلست معه لمدة ساعة تقريباً وأكدت له خلالها أن ''علاء وجمال'' بخير، وأن طائرة خاصة نقلتهما إلى القاهرة.

وبعد أن تناول مبارك بعض الطعام أجرى له أحد الأطباء قياس الضغط واكتشف انخفاضه فأعطاه دواء وبعدها خلد إلى النوم، ثم استيقظ في الثالثة صباحاً بسبب ارتفاع الضغط مجدداً، وإصابته بضيق تنفس فتدخل الأطباء وأعطوه أدوية ووضعوه على جهاز التنفس الصناعي لدقائق وبعدها خلد إلى النوم من جديد.

وأشارت المصادر إلى أن مبارك استيقظ في الصباح وقام الطبيب المرافق له بالغرفة بقياس الضغط والنبض له وكان بحالة جيدة وبعدها طلب إحضار الجرائد لقراءتها وبعد قراءته العناوين الرئيسية بالصفحات الأولى أصيب بحالة اكتئاب ورفض تناول الطعام الذي أعدته له ''هايدى وخديجة'' وطلب منهما الخروج.

من جانبه، أكد الدكتور محمد فتح الله، مدير مستشفى شرم الشيخ الدولي، أنه يتم إعداد تقارير طبية بحالة الرئيس السابق كل ساعة وإرسالها إلى الدكتور السباعي أحمد السباعي، كبير الأطباء الشرعيين، المكلف من قبل النائب العام برئاسة الفريق الطبي المتابع لحالته، إضافة إلى إرسال تلك التقارير أيضاً بالفاكس إلى مكتب النائب العام بالقاهرة، ورفض الطبيب الإفصاح عن أي تفاصيل عن التقارير.

وقالت المصادر إنه تم إخلاء الدور الثالث الذي يضم غرفة الرئيس السابق والخاص بقسم الإقامة الفندقية والمخصص للشخصيات العامة من المرضى للتأمين، وأن حرسه الخاص يتولون منع أي شخص من الصعود إلى الدور إلا بعد تفتيشه والتأكد من شخصيته.

وأفادت مصادر أن ''مبارك'' حصل على تذكرة دخول برقم ''880'' وأن حراسه سبقوه إلى المستشفى، الثلاثاء الماضي، لتأمين الدور والغرفة المكونة من قسمين أحدهما مخصص لاستقبال الضيوف.

وقالت مصادر أمنية إن قوات الأمن بمديرية جنوب سيناء أعدت تقريراً أمنياً يُفيد بأن بقاء الرئيس السابق في شرم الشيخ يُشكل خطراً أمنياً على المدينة وعلى حياة مبارك أيضاً، وطالب بنقله من المدينة إلى أي مستشفى آخر خوفاً من تجمع أعداد كبيرة من المواطنين حول المستشفى عقب صلاة الجمعة.

وواصل عشرات المواطنين، الخميس، التظاهر أمام مستشفى شرم الشيخ الدولي للمطالبة بإبعاد الرئيس السابق حسني مبارك عن المدينة السياحية على البحر الأحمر.

وقال المتظاهرون إن وجود مبارك في تلك المدينة السياحية له تأثير سلبي على السياحة في محافظة جنوب سيناء.قال رئيس هيئة النيابة الادارية المستشار تيمور مصطفى إن التحقيق مع الرئيس السابق حسنى مبارك ونجليه علاء وجمال قد يمتد الى ستة اشهر.

كان النائب العام أمر أمس الاربعاء بحبس مبارك 15 يوما على ذمة التحقيقات في قتل متظاهرين واساءة استخدام السلطة والتربح من المال العام. وهو محتجز حاليا في مستشفى في شرم الشيخ حيث يتلقى العلاج.

وانضم ولداه جمال وعلاء مبارك الى قائمة من المحتجزين من رموز النظام السابق ونقلا بالفعل الى سجن طره حيث يحتجز مساعدون للرئيس ووزراء سابقون ومسؤولون حزبيون وتنفيذيون سابقون.

وقال المستشار تيمور مصطفى، لراديو هيئة الاذاعة البريطانية "بى بى سى " مساء الخميس، إن القرار الذى اتخذه النائب العام وجهاز الكسب غير المشروع أعطى الشعب نوعا من الطمأنينة والثقة، وبالتالي يجوز للنائب العام مد الاجراءات التي اتخذت الان سواء مع الرئيس السابق وولديه أو مع الاخرين وهى الحبس الاحتياطي لمدة خمسة عشر يوما لمدة ستين يوما ثم يمكن ان يمتد هذا الحبس لحين الانتهاء من التحقيق على ان يعرض على غرفة المشورة لفترة ستة أشهر.

وحول نطاق التحقيق الذى سيجرى مع الرئيس السابق ونجليه أوضح المستشار تيمور مصطفى أن هناك نوعين من الجرائم المنسوبة لكل من مبارك ونجله جمال النوع الاول يتعلق بقتل المتظاهرين في ميدان التحرير، وجميع المحافظات، أما النوع الاخر يتعلق بالاستيلاء على المال العام واستغلال النفوذ والحصول على منافع وصفقات مختلفة بمعنى التربح من الوظيفة اما علاء مبارك فالجرائم الموجهة له تتعلق فقط بالكسب غير المشروع.

وردا على سؤال عما اذا كان قد تمت اية تحقيقات مع زوجة الرئيس السابق سوزان مبارك قال المستشار تيمور مصطفى " يقال انها سوف تستدعى للتحقيق حول مسألة التربح، لكننا لا نعرف حتى الان ما هي الجرائم المنسوبة بالفعل اليها".

وعما اذا كان التحقيق مع مبارك سيجرى في شرم الشيخ ام أن هناك اتجاها لنقله الى القاهرة، قال ان قانون الاجراءات الجنائية يقضى بعرضه على مستشفى مختص لتقرر حالته الصحية ويمكن التحقيق معه في المستشفى.كتب – أحمد الليثي وسامي مجدي:

وصل نجلا الرئيس السابق حسني مبارك علاء وجمال من شرم الشيخ إلى سجن طرة بالقاهرة في تمام الساعة السادسة وخمس دقائق، فيما سيقضي الرئيس السابق فترة الحبس في مستشفى شرم الشيخ نظراً لتدهور حالته الصحية.

واستقبل مطار القاهرة الطائرة العسكرية التي تقل علاء وجمال مبارك في تمام الساعة الخامسة من صباح الاربعاء. وتم ترحيلهما مباشرة إلى سجن مزرعة طرة.

وأضاف انه ثبت من تقرير اللجنة الطبية التي كلفتها النيابة بالكشف على الرئيس السابق في مقر اقامته بشرم الشيخ، أنه ''يعاني من ظروف صحية تستلزم نقله إلى المستشفى ليكون تحت الرعاية الطبية، أثناء استجوابه، ولذلك قرر النائب العام ان يتم التحقيق في مستشفى شرم الشيخ''.

وكانت مصادر أمنية أفادت في وقت سابق، أن نجلي مبارك في طريقهما إلى سجن مزرعة طرة في القاهرة من شرم الشيخ في سيناء، حيث تم استجوابهما.

أنهى مستشارو وزارة العدل المنتدبين للتحقيق مع الرئيس السابق حسني مبارك وأسرته، في الساعات الاولى من فجر يوم الأربعاء الجولة الاولى من التحقيق مع جمال مبارك، الأمين العام المساعد، أمين لجنة السياسات السابق بالحزب الوطني، على أن تستكمل التحقيقات في وقت لاحق بالقاهرة.

وقال شهود عيان، فجر الأربعاء، إن جولة التحقيقات الأولى مع نجل الرئيس الأصغر انتهت في حوالي الساعة الثانية والنصف صباح اليوم، وشوهد جمال مبارك أثناء محاولة الخروج من غرفة التحقيق بالمجمع القضائي بشرم الشيخ، وسط حراسة مأمر المستشار عبد المجيد محمود، النائب العام، فجر الأربعاء، بحبس الرئيس السابق حسني مبارك، ونجليه علاء وجمال ''15 يوماً على ذمة التحقيقات''، في اتهامات تتعلق بالتحريض على الاعتداء على المتظاهرين اثناء ثورة 25 يناير.

وقال المتحدث الرسمي باسم النيابة العامة، في تصريح نشر على صفحة النيابة العامة على موقع التواصل العالمي''فيسبوك''، إن ''النائب العام إمر بحبس الرئيس السابق حسني مبارك ونجليه علاء وجمال، 15يوماً على ذمة التحقيقات، بعد أن واجهتهم النيابة العامة بما توصلت إليه المرحلة التي قطعتها التحقيقات من اتهامات، وتم تسليم قرارات الحبس إلى جهات الشرطة المختصة''.

وأوضح المتحدث أن وزير الداخلية، منصور العيسوي، أبلغ النائب العام أنه ''يتعذر التحقيق مع الرئيس السابق ونجليه بالقاهرة، لما يحيط بذلك من محاذير أمنية خطيرة''.

وتجمع ونحو 1000 مواطن أمام المجمع القضائي مرددين هتافات مناوئة لجمال مبارك، والنظام السابق، منها :" يا إيللي سرقت المليارات سجن طرة بيستناك"، ولم يتسن التأكد ما إذا كان جمال مبارك سيعود إلى مستشفى شرم الشيخ التي يتواجد بها والده، أو إلى مقر إقامة الأسرة هناك، أم سيقتاد محبوسا إلى القاهرة لاستكمال التحقيقات.

وكان مستشارو وزارة العدل المنتدبون للتحقيق مع الرئيس السابق حسني مبارك، انهوا الجولة الأولى من تحقيقاتهم مع الرئيس السابق في الاتهامات الموجهة إليه، حيث غادر المستشارون مستشفى شرم الشيخ الدولي الذي يخضع مبارك للعلاج فيها.

ولم يتمكن المستشارون من استكمال التحقيقات مع الرئيس السابق نظرا لتدهور حالته الصحية، فقرروا استكمال التحقيقات الأربعاء، ويواجه مبارك تهم تتعلق بإصدار أوامر بإطلاق النار على المتظاهرين والتسبب في قتل عدد منهم، وكذا تهم باستغلال النفوذ والتربح.

يشار إلى أن النائب العام قد أصدر قبل يومين قراراً بطلب الرئيس السابق حسني مبارك ونجليه علاء وجمال للتحقيق معهم فيما هو منسوب إليهم من اتهامات تضمنتها بلاغات قضائية ضدهم.
