قتل وتعذيب وهتك عرض واعتقالات في "100يوم"مرسي

رصد مركز النديم في تقرير له حصاد التعذيب وانتهاكات الشرطة خلال الـ 100 يوم الأولى من عهد الرئيس مرسي والتى وقعت بحق مواطنين مصريين تحت عنوان " 100 يوم من حكم محمد مرسي "100 يوم من الاعتقال والتعذيب وفض الاعتصامات بالقوة والقتل خارج القانون"، مؤكدًا أن الحالات كلها جرت في عهد مرسي ومطالبًا بمحاسبته على الخروج الآمن لقتلة الثوار، لافتًا إلى ان أساليب القتل تعددت الموت بالتعذيب أو بسلاح الشرطة والتعذيب خرج من أماكن الاحتجاز إلى الشوارع ومساكن المواطنين. وكشف تقرير المركز عن المائة يوم الأولى ان الانتهاكات تباينت ما بين القتل والتعذيب وهتك العرض والخطف والاعتقال العشوائي وفض الاعتصامات بالقوة ومداهمة المساكن والممتلكات الخاصة، والتي تبلغ جملتها أكثر من 247 واقعة بعضها تعددت فيها الجرائم بحيث تشمل مثلا القتل والتعذيب أو التعذيب وهتك العرض. وبلغ عدد الحالات التي تعرضت للتعذيب 88 حالة على الأقل بعضها كان تعذيب أو اعتداء بحق مجموعات، ما يؤكد أن الأعداد الفعلية لمن تعرضوا للتعذيب هي أكثر من ذلك بكثير، وتراوحت أماكن التعذيب كذلك بين تعذيب في أماكن الاحتجاز أو في الشوارع ومساكن المواطنين. ورصدت التقرير وقوع 7 حالات هتك عرض لمواطنين، معظمها بحق رجال وقصر وحالة واحدة بحق سيدة هتك عرضها داخل حجز أحد الأقسام بحسب تقرير النديم. وكان من بين من تعرضوا لهتك العرض شاب في التاسعة عشر من عمره قام عدد من الذكور في زي مدني بهتك عرضه وتصويره بالفيديو أثناء هتك عرضه وهددوه بفضحه ونشر الفيديو إذا تحدث عن الأمر، وذلك بعد تراشق باللفظ بينه وبين أحد رجال الشرطة في محيط السفارة السورية رصد وقوع ثمان حوادث خطف على الأقل لنشطاء تم احتجاز معظمهم في أماكن مجهولة والتحقيق معهم من قبل مجهولين، كما تعرض معظمهم للضرب والتعذيب والتهديد، وكان من بينهم الشاب أنس العسال والذي تم خطفه لثلاثة
