حول مبارك الإقتصاد المصرى لنظام الأوليجاركى و هو نظام إحتكارى تسيطر علية بل تمتلكة الأسرة الحاكمة و حفنة من بطانتها مما جعل الفساد
جزءا مكملا للحكم و نجم عنة بطالة و إستغلال غير مسبوقين. و بطانة أو
عصابة مبارك تقبع فى مؤسسات انشئها جمال و أمة الهدف منها النهب المنظم
لثروات البلاد و ذلك من خلال تفريخ رجال يدينون بالولاء الأعمى لهما
لاستغلالهم فى نهب مصر و السيطرة على مقدراتها بتعيينهم فى المناصب
الحساسة التى من خلالها ينفذون هذا المخطط. و أمثلة ذلك تعيين رجلهما
المخلص محمود محى الدين وزيرا للاستثمار و قطاع الأعمال و مهمتة الرئيسية
بيع القطاع العام و البنوك و الفنادق و كافة الوحدات الاقتصادية المملوكة
للدولة بتراب الفلوس من خلال شركات وهمية مملوكة لصبيان جمال مبارك من
رجال الأعمال و المشترى النهائى فى أغلب الأحيان هو جمال نفسة الذى يعيد
بيع هذة الوحدات بسعرها الحقيقى محققا مكاسب خيالية. و من أمثلة ذلك بيعت
شركة بيرة الأهرام و هى شركة إحتكارية حكومية مربحة جدا لإنها تحتكر إنتاج
البيرة و الخمور لأحد صبيان جمال مبارك و هو أحمد الزيات عضو لجنة
السياسات بدون اعلان أو مناقصة أو مذايدة كما يقضى القانون بمبلغ يقل عن
5% من سعرها الحقيقى لم يدفع بالكامل حتى الأن بالرغم أن حجم مبيعات هذة
الشركة كان أكثر من مليار جنية فى العام. هذا و بعد 3 سنوات باع الزيات
جزء من الشركة الى شركة هينيكن للبيرة الدانمركية بمبلغ 350 مليون دولار
أى بما يساوى أضعاف أضعاف السعر البخس الذى بيعت بة الشركة للزيات و طبعا
قبض جمال مبارك الفارق. و أحدث مثال صارخ لذلك تعيين شريك جمال و عضو مجلس
الأعمال و المركز المصرى و وكيل جنرال موتورز محمد منصور وزيرا للنقل
الذى فور تولية المنصب إستولى بتراب الفلوس و من خلال نظام الخصخصة الوهمي
على البنك المصرى الأمريكى و بنك الأسكندرية ليستخدمهما فى عمليات غسيل
الأموال الواسعة التى يجريها منذ أن إشترى سرا و بدون مناقصة العام الماضى
بتراب الفلوس البنك الأهلى كريدى أجريكول و أطلق علية إسم بنك كاليون
لنفس الغرض و هو غسيل الأموال. كذلك نهب محمد منصور أموال مستثمرى البورصة
بالتلاعب بها من خلال شركة هيرميس التى يمتلكها هو و جمال مبارك. محمد
منصور يغسل أموال أسرة مبارك التى تنهبها من الشعب و يغسل أموال المخدرات
التى يتاجر فيها هو و عائلتة منذ 30 سنة و إنضم لهم جمال مبارك شريكا منذ
عام 1997. و لهذا السبب أصبحت المخدرات تباع فى المدارس جهارا نهارا دون
تدخل الشرطة أو إعتراض إدارة المدرسة. و أهم مؤسسات تفريخ رجال عصابة
مبارك (و التى تحتكر التبرعات و المعونات الأجنبية الضخمة بدعوى انها من
هيئات المجتمع المدنى فى مصر و لكنها تذهب الى جيوب عائلة مبارك) هى:

الشركة التى تتعدى مبيعاتها السنوية مليار جنيه ثم قام ببيع جزء منها بعد 3
سنوات الى شركة هاينيكن الهولاندية للبيرة بمبلغ 350 مليون دولار و ذهب
الفارق الرهيب فى تلك الأموال الى جيوب عائلة مبارك.

فى مجال الأسمدة و الكيماويات و المبيدات. كان جمال مبارك قد أوكل لشريكة
شريف الجبلى إحتكار إستيراد و تصنيع الأسمدة و المبيدات بعد تحطيمة
لإحتكار رجال يوسف والى لها. 17- محمد هاني سيف النصر أمين الصندوق الاجتماعى 20- أحمد محمود عثمان درويش وزير التنمية الإدارية
خامسا: أخرين من خارج لجنة السياسات و باقى مؤسسات جمال مبارك:

ملحوظة: فرج عامر ضبط و هو يغش اللحوم و اللنشونات التى ينتجها بلحم الحمير
الا أن جهات عليا تدخلت و أوقفت التحقيقات و تم التكتم على الموضوع لأن
جمال مبارك شريك مع فرج عامر بنصيب مجانى يبلغ حوالى 50%.

ملحوظة: المرحوم أحمد عرفة والد أشرف و علاء عرفة صديق مقرب من حسنى مبارك
منذ أن كانا فى نفس الدفعة بالكلية الجوية كما إنة شريكة فى مجموعة شركات
جولدنتكس بحصة مجانية تبلغ 50% و لذلك بيعت شركة و محلات أوركو (قطاع عام)
الى نجلية بدون اعلان أو مناقصة بتراب الفلوس و قد قاما بتغيير اسم
المحلات من أوركو الى جراند ستورز. كما تم المماطلة فى اصدار قرار فتح باب
استيراد الملابس الجاهزة من الخارج طبقا لاتفاقية الجات التى انتهت
المهلة التى حددتها لمصر فى أول العام الماضى و ذلك بهدف حماية منتجات أل
عرفة من المنافسة الخارجية حيث أن جمال مبارك شريكا معهم بنصيب مجانى يبلغ
50%. كما تم الغاء وضع بورسعيد كمنطقة حرة لحماية ملابس عرفة و مبارك من
الملابس التى تهرب من بورسعيد.
