عادوا وتراجعوا لما؟ بدون ان ينالوا ما ارادوا لما ؟ 2--تظاهروا واحتلوا الميدان مره اخري من اجل الاعلان الدستوري المكمل وايضا انسحبو لما ؟ وبدون ان ينالوا ما هم اتوا من اجله انهم يساقوا كما الحمير من قبل مرشد ينفز سياسه امريكا واسراءيل.. ٣-- استبنهم لم يفعل اي جديد سوي الشرشحه والوعد لامريكا واسراءيل باحترام كل المعاهدات الدوليه... ٤-- استبنهم بعد مرور اسبوعين لم يشكل وزاره ولم يعين ناءبا له ٥-- استبنهم لم يقدم ما وعد به وهو اخلاء سبيل كل الموقوفين عسككرين ولم يتم الافراج عنهم ٦--لم يتم اقاله وزاره الجنزوري التي انهكونا بقبحها وهم من اتوا بها وهم من شوه الثوار بسبب الاعتراض عليها ٧-- بعد انضمام المتعوس علي خايب الرجا السلفيين وابو اسماعيلهم وابو فتوحهم وزيتهم وسكرهم وبطاطسهم وبابا غنوجهم لم يحصلوا الا علي ١٣ مليون صوت وهو اقل من نسبه الربع ٨-- انتبهوا يا شعب مصر يا ثوار مصر من حركه التقسيم القادمه رجاء يا شباب بلاادي ابعدوا عن الاهواء فكروا قليلا من اجلكم من اجل شهيدكم من راح دمه فداءا لكم هناك صفقات بين أمريكا والإخوان على تقسيم مصر وتنفيذ الأجندة الأمريكية فى مصر. مصر لن يحكمها المرشد أو خيرت الشاطر، بل سيحكمها القانون، ولابد من حل جماعة الإخوان المسلمين، وأن يتم حل مجلس الشورى مثلما تم حل مجلس الشعب. هتافات جماهير غاضبه في الميادين «يسقط يسقط حكم المرشد» و«عبدالناصر لتقسيم مصر أسرار تحالف إسرائيل والسعودية والإخوان سعيا وراء مخطط (الأخوية العالمية) قنا مجرد بالونة إختبار لتقسيم مصر لستة دول محددة سلفا حتى لا نبدأ بحديث لا فائدة منه عن إمكانية حدوث تقسيم مصر من عدمه فإنني أضعكم من البداية أمام واقع قد ترفضون الإعتراف به وهو: مصر حاليا مقسمة بالفعل والدولة المركزية في مصر ذهبت إلى الأبد ما لم تحدث معجزة هل مازلت تشك في ذلك؟ سنذكر حقائق بسيطة للغاية بلغة المواطن البسيط ثم ندخل إلى تفاصيل الخطة التى بالفعل بدأ تنفيذها وإنطلق قطارها هل يمكن لقوى الأمن المصري أن تدعي أنها تسيطر على سيناء حاليا؟ بكل تأكيد الإجابة بلا وستظل بلا حتى فترة طويلة جدا في ظل توافر عتاد حربي حقيقي في سيناء خاصة الجزء الشمالي منها وفي ظل حالة من حالات الرفض البدوي لوجودهم تحت سيادة الدولة المصرية التى عانوا منها الامرين منذ إسترداد سيناء كما أن البدو أنفسهم يتخوفون من صعود إتجاهات إسلامية في مصر تجعل من سيناء مرتعا للفلسطينيين بإعتبارهم إخوة في الدين فينتقلون من قهر دولة بوليسية حكمتهم من تحرير سيناء إلى دولة دينية ستكون أشد وطأة عليهم من الدولة السابقة مبارك كان يعلم لكنه كان يفضل تجاهل الأمر برمته لأنه مرضي عنه السؤال الثاني هو هل يمكن أن تدعي الدولة سيطرة حقيقية على منطقة الجنوب وأقصد الجنوب بالكامل؟ أظن أن لا هي الإجابة المناسبة فلا الشرطة المصرية قادرة على التواجد الفعال على الأرض ولا فكرة الدولة واضحة في أذهان السكان بل إنها تتنحى كثيرا لصالح أشكال أخرى من أشكال المجتمعات البدائية تعود إلى القبلية والعشائرية وأيضا الإثنية وفي النهاي فمن يحكم تلك المناطق حقيقة هو مجموعة من شيوخ القبائل وهو ما كان يدركه تماما نظام مبارك فعمل على أن يترك لهم ما يشبه شكلا من أشكال الحكم الذاتي في مقابل أصوات إنتخابية مضمونة لحزبه الحاكم ولمدة طويلة حدث فيها أن تكرس دور القبيلة والعشيرة والعائلة في مقابل إنسحاب دور الدولة وفي ظل توافق مسيحي إسلامي في تلك المناطق على أن تكفل القبائل هناك حريات المسيحيين وهم كثرة في تلك المناطق وتجارتهم بينما يفضل المسيحيون أن يتركوا شأن التماس مع الدولة للعائلات المسلمة تجنبا للحساسية التى لم يكونوا مؤهلين لها بعد أو يشعرون بخطورتها ولعل أكثر ما يلفت النظر هنا أنه بينما كانت مصر تنتفض تماما في 28 يناير كانت آخر الأماكن التى وصلتها أصداء الثورة هو الصعيد والجزء الجنوبي من مصر والذي ظلت الشرطة المصرية لا تواجه فيه أي أعمال إعتداء فيما عدا بعض التصرفات المحدودة والتى تصدي لها الأهالي أنفسهم فالأمر لا يعنيهم تماما لأنهم وبصراحة لا يشكون من دور الدولة لأنه في النهاية غائب السؤال الثالث هو هل يمكن أن تمارس الدولة دورا ضابطا في حالة عصيان مدني سلمي على مساحات واسعة من الدولة؟ الإجابة المنطقية هي بالطبع لا لأن الدولة التى اعتمدت نظاما يقوم على إحساس المواطن بسطوة رجل الشرطة وليس سطوة الدولة قد خسرت هذه المعركة للأبد مع إنهيار جهازها الأمنى وتلاشي أجهزتها الخدمية تماما من حكم محلي وخدمات تعليمية أو طبية أو غيره ولمدة طويلة حتى الأن وأظن أنها لن تكون قادرة على ذلك لفترة من الزمن السؤال الرابع هو هل يمكن للدولة أن تتدخل بقوة لضرب أي حالة من حالات التمرد التى قد تجتاح المنطقة من الإسكندرية إلى الحدود الليبية؟ مازالت الإجابة بلا لأن حالة الإحتقان في تلك المنطقة ما تزال على حالها ومازال أهل تلك المنطقة الجغرافية يديرون شؤونهم بأنفسهم منذ 28 يناير حتى الأن فيما عدا بعض الظهور الإعلامي لخدمات شرطة المرور وبعض التحركات الشرطية المحدودة للغاية أما السؤال الأهم فهو هل هناك من هو قادر على ضبط الأمر في تلك المناطق؟ الإجابة حتى الآن هي الجيش ولكن محاذير قيام الجيش بعمليات الضبط مرعبة فالجيش قوة تدربت على ممارسة عمليات الضبط ضد أماكن جغرافية معادية بالطبيعة وهو ما يعنى أنه قادر بالطبع على التدخل ولكن وفقا لإستخدام قوة غير صالحة للقيام بعمليات ضبط الإيقاع المدني فلا تدريبه ولا تسلحيه مناسب للعملية على عكس الشرطة التى هي بحكم تدريبها وتسلحيها قادرة على التصدي (كما كان مفترضا) للإضطرابات المدنية وحالات الشغب هنا نبدأ عرض الخطة الموضوعة منذ زمن طويل والتى أظن أن كثيرين يعرفون بها وإن كانوا وفقا لنظرة شوفينية غير مفهومة أصروا لوقت طويل على أن ذلك غير قابل للتطبيق في مصر دون أن يقدم لنا أحد سببا منطقيا لذلك التأكيد روبرت فيسك ونبدأ من البداية: كان مثيرا لمن حضر أحد لقاءات الكاتب البريطاني روبرت فيسك في المركز الثقافي البريطاني في القاهرة في منتصف الثمانينات أن تحدث روبرت فيسك عن رؤيته لخريطة مصر الجديدة التى تعمل عددا من القوى على تنفيذها حين قال : انني منذ حوالي 20 سنة شاهدت خريطة لمصر تقسمها الى قرى مسيحية في الصعيد واخرى مسلمة في الدلتا ملونة بالاخضر والازرق كما كان يفعل في بلفاست عندما كانت المناطق البروتستانتية تلون بالبرتقالي, والكاثوليكية بالاخضر, وكنا نقول اننا اذا مزجناهم سنحصل على (كوكاكولا) ربما لم يكن أحدا يهتم وقتها بالأمر لأننا كالعادة لا نتنبه للأمر إلا حينما يصبح واقعا معاشا وعندما تحدث روبرت فيسك عن خريطة الكوكاكولا كان يتحدث عن خريطة تمت صياغتها منذ عشرون عاما أي في نهاية الستينات كونداليزا رايس تشرب القهوة السعودية وتفكر في تحويل مصر إلى كوكاكولا لكن الخريطة التى تحدث عنها روبرت فيسك كانت تخضع لعمليات تعديل وتباديل وتوافيق طوال الوقت يتم فيها إعادة توزيع الأدوار ودخول لاعبين جدد وخروج لاعبين لم يثبت قدرتهم على القيام بالدور لكن الخطة كانت واضحة في أذهان صناع السياسية الأمريكية وفقا لمقولة خرجت دون أن يفهمها أحد واكتفي الجميع بالتندر عليها ظنا منه أنها تخص العراق فقط حين تحدثت كونداليزا رايس عن الفوضى الخلاقة كونداليزا رايس كانت تعلن ببساطة عن دخول الخطة مراحلها النهائية وعلينا التنبه إلى أن عامل الزمن في حياة الشعوب لا يقاس بعام أو عامين لكنه يقاس بعشرات السنين وهو ما يفهمه جيدا المهتمين بالشأن السياسي بينما نحتاج نحن إلى أن يصبح الحدث متواصلا علي مدار أيام قليلة لكي نفهم أن هناك شيئا يتم على أرض الواقع عندما نعود إلى اللحظة التى تحدثت فيها كونداليزا رايس عن الفوضى الخلاقة يجب أن نتذكر التقرير الإستراتيجي الإسرائيلي المنشور في دورية كيفونيم والذي جاء به نصا:( لقد غدت مصر باعتبارها كيانا مركزيا مجرد جثه هامده لا سيمــــــا اذا اخذنا فى الاعتبار المواجهات التى تزداد حدة بين المسلميــــن والمسيحيين وينبغى أن يكون تقسيم مصر الى دويلات منفصلـــــة جغرافيا هو هدفنا السياسى على الجبهة الغربية خلال سنـــــوات التسعينيات ، وبمجرد أن تتفكك أوصال مصر وتتلاشى سلطتها المركزيه فسوف تتفكك بالمثل بلدان أخرى مثل ليبيا والسودان وغيرهـــــــــــما من البلدان الأبعد) حتى تصبح الأمور غير مستعصية على الفهم يجب أن نقول أن تفجر الصراع على النحو الحالي في ليبيا واليمن وسوريا لم يحدث إلا بعد أن إختفت دلائل الدولة المركزية المصرية ولم يكن ذلك مصادفة ولا يعنى ذلك أننى أتهم أيا من ثوار واحرار سوريا أو ليبيا أو اليمن بأي شئ لكن فقط أقول أن تلاشي شكل الدولة المركزية في مصر كان يحمل دلالات هامة لأن ما يحدث في مصر تستنسخه كثيرا من دول المنطقة فعندما تبنت مصر المنهج الثوري الناصري تحولت المنطقة بالكامل إلى صور ونماذج مصغرة أو منقولة من مصر وهو ما يحدث حاليا فعندما سقط نظام مبارك لم يجري عملية فصل جراحية بين نظام وحزب وأصحاب مصالح نجحوا على مدار عقود على صنع تماهي بين الدولة ككيان والنظام كسلطة والحزب كمؤسسة فأصبح الفصل بين الممتزجات صعبا وعسيرا وكان طبيعيا أن تضعف قدرة الدولة المركزية خاصة أن واحدا من أهم أجهزتها وهو جهاز الأمن الداخلي كان منخرطا في عملية التماهي هذه بأكثر من غيره من أشكال الدولة ناصر أول من أدرك المخطط وأوقفه بمنتهى القسوة نعود إلى الخطة وشكل خريطة مصر لنقول أنها تحدد علامات جغرافية واضحة وفقا لتسعة ألوان موضحة على الخريطة المرفقة ستة ألوان منها تخص جغرافية الدولة المصرية الجديدة والباقي يخص دولة السودان الجديدة كالآتي: 1 دولة تحت النفوذ الإسرائيلي والحماية الدولية لبدو سيناء 2 دولة مسيحية تبدأ من بداية الحدود الجغرافية للإسكندرية وتمتد غربا إلى الحدود الليبية وجنوبا إلى ما بعد أسيوط 3 دولة نوبية تضم أجزاء من أرض السودان وتحقق تواصل بين العرقيات النوبية في الدولتين السابقتين مصر والسودان 4 دولة إسلامية في منطقة الوجه البحري والدلتا على خط تماس مباشر مع الدولة البدوية في سيناء 5 منطقة متنازع عليها بين ثلاث دول هي الدولة المسيحية الجديدة والدولة المسلمة الجديدة ودولة البدو 6 الجزء الجنوبي من دولة النوبة الواقع في الأراضي السودانية 7 دولة شمال السودان المسلمة 8 دولة السودان جنوب السودان الجديدة 9 منطقة نزاعات في دارفور تؤمن تواجد دولي مشروع للقوات الأجنبية ووفقا لهذا الشكل فإن لكل دولة من الدول الجديدة محددات دور واضحة وعوامل بقاء لكن قبل أن نخوض في ذلك من الأفضل أن نتحدث عن اللاعبين على الأرض المصرية حاليا لنعرف من يتحرك ولماذا وأين: بداية هناك في مصر دينان رئيسيان وعدة مذاهب تخرج من الدينان فمن الإسلام تخرج علينا فرق الشيعة والإخوان المسلمين والصوفيين والجماعات الإسلامية وبقدر ما البهرة والبهائية وهي طوائف موجودة بالفعل على الأراضي المصرية ومن المسيحية هناك أيضا العديد من المذاهب بداية من الارثوذكس والكاثوليك والبروتستانت وغيرهم لكن الأهم أن الدين في مصر ونتيجة لغياب الشكل السياسي للمجتمع تحول من دين إلى شكل من أشكال ممارسة السياسية ولو بطريقة أخرى فحل الجامع محل الحزب للمسلمين والكنيسة للمسيحيين وفي ظل إختلاط المفاهيم كان من الطبيعي أن يحتمى المسيحيين بفكرة الأقلية ويصبح رأس الكنيسة راعيا (للشعب القبطي) وهي مقولة في الأصل غير مقبولة كون قبطي هي في الأساس اللغوي تعنى مصري ولكن استخدامها وفقا لهذه الطريقة يعنى أن هناك تمايز بين المصريين وغير المصريين ممن يجب علينا تحديدهم وفقا لهذه الرؤية ، ولعل كان الدافع إلى الحديث بهذه الطريقة هو ما يعانيه بالفعل المسيحيين المصريين من طمس للهوية وتغييب للدور على مدار عقود فكان الإحتماء بالهوية هو الحل الوحيد لهم السادات ظن أنه قادر على إستخدام أطراف المخطط فقتلوه أما على المستوى الإسلامي فكانت جماعة الإخوان المسلمين هي اللاعب الأكثر تأثيرا والأوضح دورا والأذكي تحركا فمن عباءة الإخوان خرج الجميع من سلفيين وجماعات إسلامية وغيرهم ومثلوا في النهاية ما يمكن أن نسميه لعبة تبادل أدوار دقيقة للغاية مموهة بعناية ويجيد الإخوان إستخدامها على مدار تاريخهم وفي تحالفات الإخوان إنعكاسا لشكل الدور السياسي المنوط بهم فهم قادرين على إشاعة الفوضى في لحظة عبر كتائب السلفيين والجماعات الإسلامية كما أنهم قادرين على ممارسة نوعا من الضبط عبر (العقلاء) الذين يخرجون وقت الأزمات ليعرضوا على المجتمع قدراتهم على الحل متصدرين المشهد والحدث ووفقا لهذا كان هناك ما يمكن أن نطلق عليه (إتفاق جنتل مان) بين كل من لديه مصالح في تفتيت مصر فالإخوان المرتبطين عضويا بالتمويل السعودي الوهابي لا تشغلهم فكرة الدولة وحدودها بقدر ما تشغلهم مصالحهم وقناعاتهم ومرجعيتهم والسعودية التى ترعي الإتجاهات الإسلامية بوعي شديد يدرك أن الأمور كلها في النهاية لا تخرج عن فصيل واحد يرتدي أقنعة كثيرة تدرك أن شكلا من أشكال القوة والديمقراطية في مصر سيعصف أول ما يعصف بالنظام الثيوقراطي الذي تمثله في تلك المنطقة من العالم (ولعل ذلك يفسر لماذا كل هذا الجهد السعودي لحماية مبارك ولماذا اختار الرجل أن يتحدث بعد تنحيه عبر القناة السعودية العربية على طريقة الظواهري وبن لادن وعبر التسجيلات الصوتية) وإذا كانت السعودية تجد نفسها مضطرة لفعل أي شئ في سبيل تأمين عرشها فإن هناك لاعب آخر يرتبط بما يحدث في مصر عضويا وهو إسرائيل التى قررت من البداية ومن أول نشأتها أن تنظر لمصر على أنها موزاييك عرقي وطائفي (وإذا لم يكن المصريون في وقت قوتهم يدركون أنهم مختلفون عرقيا ومذهبيا فيمكن في وقت الضعف أن يدركوا ذلك) وبشئ من تجاذب الأضداد كان هناك دائما تجاذبا وإنسجاما بين الدور السعودي والدور الإسرائيلي في مواجهة أي مد جديد في مصر فالسعودية التى مولت العديد من عمليات المخابرات الأمريكية ضد مصر كانت على علاقة وئام مع إسرائيل منذ البداية (يمكنك أن تبحث قليلا لأن الكثير من الحقائق حول هذا الموضع أصبح متاحا للجميع) كما أن السعودية تشعر بكثير من العرفان بالجميل لدولة إسرائيل التى تدخلت كثيرا فيما سبق للكشف عن محاولات إغتيال تخص العائلة المالكة السعودية وهناك بالفعل علاقة بين جهازي المخابرات في البلدين بدأ عبر وسيط أمريكي ثم تحول مع الوقت إلى تعامل مباشر السعودية كانت بالنسبة لإسرائيل كنزا لا يمكن تركه فعن طريقها يمكن تمرير الكثير إلى داخل مصر العناصر الإسلامية في مصر تابعة مباشر للسعودية وشيوخها وأجهزة أمنها ومن هنا يمكن من خلال رغبة مشتركة أن تمارس الدولتان دورا على الأرض المصرية الطرف الآخر هو الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية القلقة للغاية على إمدادات النفط دوما وعلى أمن إسرائيل منذ النشأة وهي تجد مهما حاولت أن تقنعنا بغير ذلك أن أي مد ثوري في مصر هو تهديد للإثنين : إمدادات النفط وأمن إسرائيل لماذا ؟ لأن أي نظام وطنى في مصر سينظر إلى مصالحه فقط وهي مصالح بحكم الجغرافيا والتاريخ والإقتصاد كثيرا ما تكون متعارضة مع كل هذا هنا كان لابد من أن تكون خطط التحرك واضحة وبقدر ما تكون بسيطة للغاية بقدر ما تكون قادرة النجاح فإشاعة الفوضى إلى أقصى حد داخل مصر هو تكريس لحالة غياب الدولة المركزية وظهور التيار الدينى كعنصر حاسم في كثير من الأزمات قد يمثل للبعض شكلا من أشكال التعويض عن وجود الدولة بأجهزتها أما متى يكون كل ذلك مطلوبا فهو يكون مطلوبا عندم يشكوا المواطنين من الترويع وهو ما يمكن أن تقوم به الجماعات الإسلامية والسلفيين دون رادع من سلطة الدولة بينما يصبح على فصيل دينى آخر (أو هكذا يبدو) أن يلجم شططهم ويقى المواطنين شرهم وهو ما يحدث بوتيرة متصاعدة كل يوم حتى الآن : تحدي سافر لسلطة الدولة ثم تدخل من تيار دينى للمصالحة ثم إنتهاء للمشكلة مع تأكد غياب الدولة وتآكل مؤسسات القانون الوضعي لصالح القانون العرفي الذي يتنازل في مرحلة تالية عن دوره لصالح الفكرة الأخري وهي (الحاكمية لله والحدود) نموذج قنا لن يكون الأخير كما أنه لم يكن الأول العنف سيتزايد إلى أن ينسى الناس كل تحفظاتهم يطلبون الأمان ولكن فصيلا من الناس وهم المسيحيون لن يقبلوا كثيرا بفكرة الخضوع للشريعة وسينضم لهم في ذلك كثيرون وعبر حالة من دوامة العنف والعنف المضاد سيجري تنفيذ الخريطة الموضوعة أمامنا بحذافيرها دون تأخير وخلال مدى زمنى قصير للغاية ومثير للدهشة هل هناك حل لكل هذا؟ حتى اللحظة فإن الحديث عن إنتظار الحل من التنظيمات الحزبية والرئيس القادم بالإنتخاب هو حديث أشك كثيرا في صدقه بقدر ما أشك في أن الأمور ستنتظر حتى وصول هذا الرئيس الذي لا أظنه سيكون قادرا على اتخاذ قرارات غير شعبية لحماية وحدة الدولة وفرض سيطرتها على حدودها بشكل حقيقي هنا لابد أن نعود مرة أخرى للمؤسسة الوحيد القادرة على تنفيذ إرادتها على أرض الواقع وهي الجيش ورغم كل الحساسيات التى تحيط بتحركه وتفاعله مع الأحداث فإنه سيكون مجبرا مرة أخرى على التدخل لحماية بقاء الدولة حتى لو كان ذلك ضد رغبة الكثيرين وبصورة لا يرضى عنها الكثيرين لكن إذا ما سقطت الدولة بالكامل في يد هؤلاء فإن الحديث عن الديمقراطية سيعد حديثا عن المجهول فحتى اللحظة لا يوجد لدينا نظام تعليمى حقيقي ولا نظام سياسي حقيقي وحالة الأفكار في الريف والمناطق النائية تثير الرعب بقد ما تثير الدهشة ويجب أن نتذكر جيدا أن حماس غزة جاءت بإرادة شعبية لكنها لم تستمع لصوت الشعب مرة أخرى وقررت البقاء بقوة السلاح وبإرادة الله اللذين يحتكرون كلمته وتفسيرها الجيش المصري سيكون مطالبا قريبا بالحفاظ على فكرة بقاء الدولة مرة أخرى مصر ستكون مجبرة على القبول بحكم مركزي وعسكري سافر وسيكون هذا الحكم مقبولا ومرغوبا لكنه سيكون مطالبا بأن يؤسس لنظام ديمقراطي حقيقي ليس عبر بعض التعديلات الدستورية وبعض نصوص القانون لكن عبر عمل حقيقي لإعادة صياغة الوعي المصري وممارسة إستئصال كامل مرة واحدة وللأبد لتيار ظلامي يصر على أن يبيع نفسه للجميع في سبيل أن يحكم تنفيذا لمخطط أكبر و أشمل من حكم مصر وهو مخطط (الأخوية العالمية) negm maher negm Guys my free you from
