أورد كتاب (محنة أمة.. ماذا جرى في العراق؟) أن تقسيم العراق فكرة ليست جديدة بل طرحت منذ عام 1957 حين نشر الصحفي الهندي كرانجيا كتابا بعنوان (خنجر إسرائيل) وتضمن وثيقة سرية إسرائيلية عن خطة عسكرية تهدف إلى إقامة إسرائيل الكبرى من نهر النيل إلى الفرات. وتقضي الخطة بتقسيم سوريا إلى ثلاث دويلات درزية وعلوية وعربية سنية وتقسيم لبنان إلى دولتين مارونية وشيعية.

وأضاف الكتاب المصري أن فكرة تقسيم العراق كما سجلها الكاتب الهندي تشمل تقسيمه إلى دولة كردية في الشمال ودولة عربية في الوسط وإلحاق المنطقة الجنوبية بشاه إيران محمد رضا بهلوي حليف أمريكا آنذاك لتحقيق هدفين هما مكافأة الشاه وخلق خلل في منطقة الخليج لخدمة الأهداف الإستراتيجية الإسرائيلية والأمريكية.

والكتاب الذي ينشر في ذكرى مرور ست سنوات على الاحتلال الأمريكي للعراق أعده أحمد سعيد تاج الدين يقع في 408 صفحات كبيرة القطع وصدر هذا الأسبوع في القاهرة عن مركز المحروسة للنشر والخدمات الصحفية والمعلومات.

ويتضمن الكتاب فصولا توثق لأكثر من 15 عاما هي الأعنف في تاريخ البلاد منذ مقدمات الغزو العراقي للكويت عام 1990 مرورا بالحصار الدولي الذي فرض على العراق في التسعينيات وصولا إلى الحرب التي شنتها الولايات المتحدة عام 2003 على البلاد لإسقاط نظام البعث الذي كان يقوده صدام حسين.

وسقط البعث في التاسع من ابريل نيسان 2003 حين احتلت القوات الأمريكية العاصمة بغداد ثم شنق صدام يوم 30 ديسمبر كانون الأول 2006 فجر عيد الأضحى، حيث نفذت الحكومة المدعومة أمريكيا حكم الإعدام فيه وهو يردد (أشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وأشهد أن محمدا رسول الله) بعد إدانته بارتكاب جرائم ضد الإنسانية في نهاية مثيرة لزعيم حكم البلاد بقبضة حديدية على مدى نحو ثلاثة عقود.

وقال تاج الدين إن المنطقة العربية بما في ذلك مصر والسودان والسعودية وضعت في ثمانينيات القرن العشرين في إطار خطة شاملة لتقسيمها لكيانات عرقية قومية ودينية طائفية، بحيث تكون إسرائيل الدولة الأهم في المنطقة، مضيفا أن دراسة حديثة عنوانها (العراق.. التقسيم السلس) كتبها الأمريكيان إدوارد جوزيف ومايكل أوهانلون وضعت تصورا لإنقاذ الأمريكيين من مأزقهم في العراق، حيث دافعت الدراسة عن خيار تقسيم العراق.. القضية (التقسيم) لم تعد فقط طرحا نظريا بل أصبحت أحد السيناريوهات المفضلة لدى تيار واسع من السياسيين والاستراتيجيين الأمريكيين.

وتناول الكتاب آثار الغزو الأمريكي للعراق الذي أصبح أرضا خصبة نمت فيها الجماعات المسلحة التي يرصد منها 18 فصيلا تحت لواء خمسة أقسام هي الجماعات السلفية وفصائل المقاومة الوطنية والجماعات البعثية والعشائرية والجماعات الكردية والجماعات الشيعية.

كما رصد أيضا عراق ما بعد الحرب مشددا على أن البلاد تراجعت مئات السنين إلى الوراء، حيث إن 40 بالمئة يعيشون تحت خط الفقر في ظل خدمات محدودة كما زادت نسبة البطالة على 50 بالمئة وهرب نحو أربعة ملايين مواطن من الحرب الأهلية إضافة إلى مسلسل استنزاف العقول العراقية قتلا أو اختطافا أو هجرة من ظروف لم تعد تحتمل.

ما زلت اذكر زيارة الصحفي الهندي كرانجيا لبغداد عام 1958 ومقابلته لعبد الكريم قاسم بعد ثورة 14 تموز وتاكيده على ضرورة العمل على وحدة العراق خصوصا في اعقاب التوتر بين حكومة قاسم والملا مصطفى البرزاني الذي دعاه قاسم للعودة الى العراق وخصص له راتبا مجزيا واسكنه في قصر نوري السعيد . كل ما ورد في المقال صحيح الا اننا شباب ذالك الزمان كنا نتصور انها اضغاث احلام .
