وبعضنا لا يعرف معناها



الكاريزما
كلمة إغريقية قديمة تعني «موهبة ربانية أو منحة إلهية» .. وهي بالتأكيد
موهبة ربانية كونها تشير إلى الجاذبية الكبيرة والحضور الطاغي الذي
يتمتع به بعض الأشخاص . ففي حين يمكن لكل إنسان اكتساب «شعبية»
خاصة ومدروسة، يصعب على معظم الناس اكتساب «كاريزما» تضمن
ولاء الجماهير- وتعلقهم بحامل الرسالة أكثر من الرسالة نفسها !!



النازية

مذهب سياسي يشير مباشرة إلى نظام هتلر الذي حكم ألمانيا في ثلاثينيات
القرن الماضي وسبب اشتعال الحرب العالمية الثانية.. والنازية تعريف
مختصر ل «الوطنية الاشتراكية» التي تمزج بين الاعتزاز الوطني
المتطرف، والنهج الاشتراكي المرن الذي يسمح بتواجد الرأسمالية
والثروات الفردية



الفاشية

مصطلح سياسي يشير إلى حكومة مستبدة يرأسها نظام ديكتاتوري . وهي
شبيهة بالشيوعية - باستثناء أنها تسمح بالملكية الخاصة تحت نظر
الدولة وتوجيه الحكومة . وهي تمثل الوجه الرسمي للاعتزاز القومي

غسيل الأموال

المعروف أن تجارة المخدرات تجارة مربحة، ويعتبر المردود المادي الذي
يعود على المتاجرين فيها كبيراً وضخماً لدرجة أنه يمكن ملاحظته على
التاجر أو المهرب لذلك ظهر مصطلح جديد اسمه «غسيل الأموال» وهو
يعني أن يقوم تجار المخدرات بشراء عقارات أو سيارات أو أي سلع
تجارية أخرى بالأموال التي يحصلون عليها من تجارة المخدرات، وبهذه
الطريقة يتفادون إيداعها في البنوك أو خطورة الإبقاء عليها لديهم.



الفيدرالية

الفيدرالية هي أن تكون هناك ولايات «أو دول» تمثل هذا الاتحاد الفيدرالي

غداة ظفرهم بالحكم وأصدروا لتنفيذها طائفة من القوانين الاستثنائية
كإلغاء الملكية الخاصة, ونقل ملكية الأراضي و المنشآت الخاصة إلى
جانب الدولة, تشرف على استثمارها. وضم المصانع إلى دولة أيضاً
ووضعها تحت إدارة مجلس اقتصادي أعلى وفصل الكنيسة عن الدولة
ورعاية العمال وتعميم التعليم المجاني.



الليبرالية
مشتقة من كلمة الحرية الإنجليزية "liberty" وهي مذهب يرى
حرية الأفراد والجماعات في اعتناق ما يشاءون من أفكار والتعبير عنها
بشكل مطلق.



الاشتراكية

مذهب اقتصادي يقضي باحتكار الدولة لوسائل الإنتاج كملك عام للشعب
-أي أن الدولة تشارك الشعب في كل شي



الشيوعية

مذهب اقتصادي اجتماعي يقوم في أساسه على القضاء على الملكية
الفردية, وتدخل الدولة الفعال في حياة الأفراد وإخضاعهم لإشرافها

وتوجيههم مادياً وفكرياً والمبدأ الأساسي لهذا المذهب يتخلص في - من كل

أمريكية على العالم لأمركة كل شي لذلك فهم يرونها ظاهرة استعماريه
ويرى البعض أيضا مفهوم آخر لها وهو:اللاحدود أو تلاشي المسافة وذلك
يجعل العالم كقرية صغيرة يتم تبادل المنافع بينها وكل ذلك يرتكز على
التقدم الهائل في تكنولوجيا المعلومات



البيروقراطية
يأتي أصل كلمه بيروقراطية من الفرنسية من كلمه بيرو (Bureau ) أي
مكتب ، وترمز للمكاتب الحكومية التي كانت في القرن الثامن عشر ،
والتي كانت تغطى بقطعه من القماش المخملي الداكن اللون ، ومن
اليونانية من كلمه (Kratos ) ، أي القوه ، - السلطة ، والسيادة - ،
وقد استخدمت كلمه البيروقراطية للدلالة على الرجال الذين يجلسون خلف
المكاتب الحكومية ويمسكون بأيديهم بالسلطة ، ولكن توسع هذا المفهوم
ليشمل المؤسسات غير الحكومية ، كالمدارس والمستشفيات والمصانع والشركات وغيرها وهو تنظيم نموذجي من المفروض أن يؤدي إلى إتمام
العمل على أفضل وجه، وغالبا ما تطلق البيروقراطية على الانضباط
وتطلق بعض الأحيان على أنها تعبير عن المجتمع الحديث



العلمــــانيـــــة:
فكر غربي يدعو إلى إقامة الحياة على أسس العلم الوضعي والعقل بعيدا
عن الدين الذي يتم فصله عن الدولة وحياة المجتمع وحبسه في ضمير
الفرد ولا يصرح بالتعبير عنه إلا في أضيق الحدود .

مذهب السفسطَة
ظهر السفسطائيون في العهود اليونانية القديمة في وقت قويت فيه
الديموقراطية وكثرت الخصومات القضائية والسياسية, ومست الحاجة إلى
تعلم الخطابة للدفاع عن حق أو تأييد غرض, فتقدم السفسطائيون ليعلموا
الناس البيان وأساليب الجدل ولكنهم أساءوا الجدل وأصبحوا مغالطين
ومعلمي مغالطة فتحول اللفظ تبعاً لذلك .
كان السفسطائيون يعارضون المذاهب الفلسفية بعضها ببعض وينتقدون
حجج احدها بحجج الآخر دون أن يشتغلوا هم بالفلسفة. ويعارضون العقائد
و الأخلاق و العادات بعضها ببعض عند الشعوب فأذاعوا الشك و الإلحاد.
وتطلق السفسطة في المنطق على القياس الذي تكون مقدماته صحيحة و
نتآئجه كاذبة, بقصد خداع الخصم و إسكاته .

الرجعية
اصطلاح سياسي يقصد منه معارضة الإصلاحات الحديثة بشكل عام, و
التمسك بالأُسس و الأساليب والمبادىء القديمة في المجالات السياسية و
الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية, والتي أصبحت بالية ولا تحقق مقتضيات التقدم .


البروتوكول(protocol)
لهذا الاصطلاح في القانون الدولي ثلاثة معان:
1- المراســـيم التي تسود العلاقات العامة والدولية, كتابية وغير كتابية,
من حيث التقاليد و أدب اللياقة و المجاملة .

أو مساعدات طبية ، المهم أي عمل غير عسكري ، يسمى اللوجستي


الشخصانيَّة
شخصانية من كلمة شخص. هي مذهب فلسفي وضعه الفيلسوف الفرنسي
ايمانويل مونييه حيث يؤكد القيمة المطلقة للشخص, وأن الشخص هو
صاحب المركز الأسمى في الكون .
والشخصانية تنظر إلى الإنسان أو إلى الشخص, ولا تنظر إلى الفرد, ولذلك
فالشخص جزء من كل هو المجتمع, أما الفردية فهي تنظر إلى المجتمع
كأنه ذرات فردية مباعدة.
ويرى مونييه أن الشخص يحتاج إلى الخروج من ذاته نحو الخارج, أي
نحوالمجتمع, ولا بد لهذا الشخص من أن يتمتع بالحرية الداخلية والحرية
الخارجية كذلك.
ويستند مونيية في تفسيره هذا إلى ماركس عن فكرة الاغتراب
alienation أي تحول الشخص إلى شيء أو العامل إلى آلة.
ولذلك فالفردية التي تبثها الرأسمالية هي أن تكون نفسك أولاً,وبدون
الآخرين ولكن الشخصانية ترى أنك لست حراً إلا حينما تكون جميع
المخلوقات الإنسانية المحيطة بك رجالاً ونساء حرة كذلك .

الماسونية
