تأجيل محاكمة مبارك ونجليه

مبارك أحضر إلى المحكمة محمولا على سرير طبي (الجزيرة)

قرر قاضي المحكمة التي تنظر في التهم الموجهة للرئيس المصري المخلوع حسني مبارك تأجيل مداولات القضية إلى الخامس من الشهر المقبل. كما قرر ضمها إلى قضية محاكمة وزير الداخلية الأسبق حبيب العادلي في الموعد ذاته، وأمر القاضي كذلك بوقف بث المحاكمات على الهواء ابتداء من الجلسة المقبلة.

وكانت محاكمة الرئيس المخلوع، وابنيه علاء وجمال، قد استؤنفت في مقر أكاديمية الشرطة بالقاهرة الجديدة. ويواجه مبارك تهما بالفساد وقتل المتظاهرين خلال ثورة الخامس والعشرين من يناير/ كانون الثاني الماضي.

ودخل مبارك قفص الاتهام محمولا على سرير طبي. وشهد محيط أكاديمية الشرطة إجراءات أمنية مشددة منذ الصباح الباكر، بينما تراشق مؤيدون ومناوئون لمبارك بالحجارة خارج مبنى المحكمة.

وقال رئيس المحكمة المستشار أحمد رفعت "حفاظا على الصالح العام قررت المحكمة وقف البث التلفزيوني لوقائع الجلسات".

ولدى نطق القاضي بقرار وقف البث التلفزيوني هتف مئات النشطاء الذين كانوا يتابعون الجلسة على شاشة عرض أمام المبنى الذي يضم المحكمة "الشعب يريد تطهير القضاء" و "حنوريهم الغضب حنعلمهم الأدب". وقالوا إنهم سينظمون مظاهرة يوم الجمعة المقبل في ميدان التحرير تطالب بتطهير القضاء من قضاة عملوا في عهد مبارك.

وكان نشطاء وأقارب قتلى في الانتفاضة طالبوا بعلنية جلسات محاكمة مبارك ووزير داخليته وغيرهما من المسؤولين، وأوصى مجلس القضاء الأعلى بالتصوير التلفزيوني لكن أكثر من محكمة جعلت التصوير قاصرا على التلفزيون المصري.

وقال محامون بعد الجلسة إن وقف البث التلفزيوني سيعيد الهدوء إلى القاعة، وتحدثوا عن مشادات واشتباكات بالأيدي بين محامين قبل بدء الجلسة وخلال رفعها للتداول سببها الرغبة في الظهور في التلفزيون.

انتقاد للتأجيل
وقال نشطاء بعد الجلسة إن تأجيل نظر الدعوى ثلاثة أسابيع يعيدها مع الإبقاء على حبس المتهمين إلى البطء الذي شكوا منه في قضايا قتل المتظاهرين وقضايا الفساد.

وظهر مبارك في قفص الاتهام ممددا على سرير طبي، وهي الحالة التي ظهر عليها في أولى جلسات نظر الدعوى في الثالث من الشهر الحالي.

ووقعت اشتباكات خارج المبنى الذي يضم المحكمة بين مئات المؤيدين لمبارك والمعارضين، سقط خلالها مصابون، ونقلت وكالة أنباء الشرق الأوسط عن وزارة الصحة أن عددهم 23 وأن حالاتهم مستقرة.

وفي وقت سابق اليوم أذاع التلفزيون صور وصول مبارك (83 عاما) إلى المحكمة حيث هبطت طائرة قرب مقر المحكمة تقله قبل نقله على سرير مستشفى إلى خارج عربة إسعاف.

وكان المستشار رفعت الذي يرأس المحكمة رفع جلسة أمس أربع مرات خلال محاكمة العادلي وستة من كبار مساعديه سابقا بسبب غياب الانضباط بالقاعة.

ورفعت جلسة اليوم للمداولة بعد وقت قصير من بدئها. وأجل القاضي محاكمة العادلي إلى جلسة الخامس من الشهر المقبل على الرغم من قوله في وقت سابق إنه سيعقد الجلسات طوال أيام العمل الأسبوعية.

وبعد رفع جلسة اليوم هتف أقارب قتلى بالقاعة "إعدام إعدام"، وأشار رجل -قال إنه والد قتيل- بيديه حول رقبته في مواجهة علاء وجمال مبارك متوقعا إعدامهما، فنظرا في الأرض لكنهما أشارا بالتحية لحضور آخرين رددوا هتافات ضدهما وضد والدهما.

وقد اعتدى عدد من أنصار الرئيس المخلوع على طاقم الجزيرة بالضرب، وحطموا معداته أمام مقر أكاديمية الشرطة حيث مقر المحاكمة.

واتهم مدير مكتب الجزيرة بالقاهرة عبد الفتاح فايد الشرطة بحماية المعتدين وعدم التدخل لحماية طاقم الجزيرة، رغم كثافة الوجود الأمني في محيط المكان
