إن من علامات الساعة التي أخبر عنها النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم : " كثرة الفتن " ، و " كثرة الهرج " – أي : القتل - .فعن أبي هُرَيْرَةَ رضي الله عنه عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : (يُقْبَضُ الْعِلْمُ ، وَيَظْهَرُ الْجَهْلُ ، وَالْفِتَنُ وَيَكْثُرُ الْهَرْجُ) قِيلَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، وَمَا الْهَرْجُ ؟ فَقَالَ : (هَكَذَا بِيَدِهِ) فَحَرَّفَهَا ، كَأَنَّه يُرِيدُ : الْقَتْلَ . رواه البخاري (85) - واللفظ له - ومسلم بمعناه (157) .ومن أسباب كثرة القتل : دعاوى الجاهلية كما ذكر الأخ السائل ، وهو النصرة لقبيلة ، أو عصَبة ، أو طائفة ، وهو ما يحدث في كثير من دول العالَم ، حتى ذهب في قتال بين قبيلتين في " أفريقيا " في بلد واحد أكثر من مليون شخص ! .وعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رضي الله عنه عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ : (… مَنْ قَاتَلَ تَحْتَ رَايَةٍ عِمِّيَّةٍ يَغْضَبُ لِعَصَبَةٍ ، أَوْ يَدْعُو إِلَى عَصَبَةٍ ، أَوْ يَنْصُرُ عَصَبَةً فَقُتِلَ : فَقِتْلَةٌ جَاهِلِيَّةٌ ، وَمَنْ خَرَجَ عَلَى أُمَّتِي يَضْرِبُ بَرَّهَا وَفَاجِرَهَا وَلَا يَتَحَاشَى مِنْ مُؤْمِنِهَا وَلَا يَفِي لِذِي عَهْدٍ عَهْدَهُ فَلَيْسَ مِنِّي وَلَسْتُ مِنْهُ) رواه مسلم (1848) .وإن مِن أعظم الذنوب بعد الشرك بالله : قتل مسلم بغير حق ، وقد قال تعالى : (وَمَنْ يَقْتُلْ مُؤْمِناً مُتَعَمِّداً فَجَزَاؤُهُ جَهَنَّمُ خَالِداً فِيهَا وَغَضِبَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَلَعَنَهُ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُ عَذَاباً عَظِيماً) النساء/ 93 .وعن أبي الدَّرْدَاءِ رضي الله عنه قالَ :سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ : (كُلُّ ذَنْبٍ عَسَى اللَّهُ أَنْ يَغْفِرَهُ ، إِلَّا مَنْ مَاتَ مُشْرِكًا ، أَوْ مُؤْمِنٌ قَتَلَ مُؤْمِنًا مُتَعَمِّدًا) رواه أبو داود (4270) والنسائي (3984) ، وصححه الألباني في "صحيح أبي داود" .وعن أبي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ وَأَبَي هُرَيْرَةَ رضي الله عنهما عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : (لَوْ أَنَّ أَهْلَ السَّمَاءِ وَأَهْلَ الْأَرْضِ اشْتَرَكُوا فِي دَمِ مُؤْمِنٍ لَأَكَبَّهُمْ اللَّهُ فِي النَّارِ) رواه الترمذي (1398) ، وصححه الألباني في "صحيح الترمذي" .وعَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : (لَنْ يَزَالَ الْمُؤْمِنُ فِي فُسْحَةٍ مِنْ دِينِهِ مَا لَمْ يُصِبْ دَمًا حَرَاماً) رواه البخاري (6469) .والواجب على كل مسلم أن يسعى أن يلقى الله تعالى وليس في صحيفته سفك دم لمسلم بغير حق .الواجب على العقلاء في حال وقوع تخاصم بين قبيلتين ، أو عشيرتين ، أو عائلتين : أن يسعوا في الإصلاح بينهما ، وإعطاء كل ذي حق حقَّه ، فإن أبت إحدى الطائفتين إلا البغي وقتال الطائفة الأخرى : قوتلت حتى ترغم على كف يدها ، ووقف القتال ، وفي هذا الحكم الإلهي قطع للنزاع ، ووقف لسفك الدماء .قال تعالى : (وَإِنْ طَائِفَتَانِ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ اقْتَتَلُوا فَأَصْلِحُوا بَيْنَهُمَا فَإِنْ بَغَتْ إِحْدَاهُمَا عَلَى الْأُخْرَى فَقَاتِلُوا الَّتِي تَبْغِي حَتَّى تَفِيء إِلَى أَمْرِ اللَّهِ فَإِنْ فَاءَتْ فَأَصْلِحُوا بَيْنَهُمَا بِالْعَدْلِ وَأَقْسِطُوا إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُقْسِطِين ) الحجرات/ 9 .قال الشيخ عبد الرحمن السعدي – رحمه الله - :هذا متضمن لنهي المؤمنين عن أن يبغي بعضهم على بعض ، ويقاتل بعضهم بعضاً ، وأنه إذا اقتتلت طائفتان من المؤمنين : فإنَّ على غيرهم من المؤمنين أن يتلافوا هذا الشر الكبير ، بالإصلاح بينهم ، والتوسط بذلك على أكمل وجه يقع به الصلح ، ويسلكوا الطريق الموصلة إلى ذلك ، فإن صلحتا : فبِها ونعمت ، وإن (بَغَتْ إِحْدَاهُمَا عَلَى الأخْرَى فَقَاتِلُوا الَّتِي تَبْغِي حَتَّى تَفِيءَ إِلَى أَمْرِ اللَّهِ) أي : ترجع إلى ما حد الله ورسوله ، من فعل الخير ، وترك الشر ، الذي من أعظمه : الاقتتال .وقوله (فَإِنْ فَاءَتْ فَأَصْلِحُوا بَيْنَهُمَا بِالْعَدْلِ) هذا أمر بالصلح ، وبالعدل في الصلح ، فإن الصلح قد يوجد ولكن لا يكون بالعدل ، بل بالظلم والحيف على أحد الخصمين ، فهذا ليس هو الصلح المأمور به ، فيجب أن لا يراعى أحدهما ، لقرابة ، أو وطن ، أو غير ذلك من المقاصد والأغراض ، التي توجب العدول عن العدل .(إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُقْسِطِينَ) أي : العادلين في حكمهم بين الناس وفي جميع الولايات ، التي تولوها ، حتى إنه قد يدخل في ذلك عدل الرجل في أهله ، وعياله ، في أدائه حقوقهم ، وفي الحديث الصحيح : (المُقْسِطُون عِنْدَ الله على مَنَابِرَ مِنْ نورٍ ، الذين يَعْدِلُون فِي حُكْمِهِم وَأَهْليهم وَمضا وَلُوا) – رواه مسلم - ."تفسير السعدي" (ص 800) .ومن واجب المسلم اتجاه إخوانه في مثل تلك البلاد التي يكثر فيها القتل ، وسفك الدماء : أن يدعو الله أن يؤلف بينهم , وأن يرفع عنهم الفتن , والقتل ، والبلاء ، وأن يرد كيد أعداء الدين المتربصين به .والواجب على المسلم : أن يمد لهم يد العون إلى الصلح ، ما استطاع إلى ذلك سبيلاً .ونسأل الله أن يكف القتل عن المسلمين ، وأن يؤلف بينهم , ويردهم إلى دينه ردّاً جميلاً .
