أمين لجنة استرداد أموال مصر المنهوبة: 200 مليار دولار تم تهريبها خارج مصر
أكد الدكتور محمد محسوب، الأمين العام للجنة استرداد أموال مصر المنهوبة، أن هناك رسالة وصلت لدول العالم، بأن لا توجد نية حقيقة ممن يدير المرحلة الانتقالية في مصر لاستعادة أموالنا بالخارج، خشية أن يقود فتح الملف إلى إصابته بضرر.
وأضاف محسوب، اليوم الأحد، في لقاء مع الإعلامية جيهان منصور خلال برنامج "صباحك يا مصر" على قناة "دريم" أن المجتمع المدني يقدر هذه الأموال بـ200 إلى 220 مليار دولار، خرجت خلال العقدين الماضيين، المبلغ الذي قد يساعد على نهضة مصر خلال خمس سنوات، دون الاعتماد على القروض الدولية.
ونفى محسوب أن تكون هناك علاقة بين محاكمات رموز النظام السابق واستعادة الأموال، التي نجحت دولة مثل ليبيا في الحصول عليها دون محاكمة نظامها القديم، ولكن لتراخي النظام القائم في القيام بمهمته .
وحول تشكيل مجلس الشعب لجنة تقصي حقائق برئاسة الدكتور عصام العريان، قال محسوب: "هذه الخطوة منتقدة تمامًا ، وأعادتنا خطوات كثيرة للوراء، وأعطت إحساسًا للدول الخارجية بأننا مازلنا مرتبكين، وكأن المجلس المبجل لا يعرف إذا كانت هناك أموال بالخارج أم لا، في الوقت التي أعلنت دول عدة عن وجود حسابات سرية لديها".
وطالب محسوب مجلس الشعب بضرورة إصدار قانون بتشكيل لجنة مستقلة من قضاة ودبلوماسيين وأعضاء من المجتمع المدني، تخاطب الدول الخارجية لاستعادة الأموال، وتتمتع بصلاحيات واسعة، ويجري مراجعتها بشكل شهري.
ودعا محسوب القائمين على البلاد إلى استخدام الآليات وأنياب مصر من أجل استرداد أموالنا بالخارج، قائلا: "الدولة التي لا تتأسد وتشعر بحقها لن تعود لها أموالها"، مؤكدًا أنه في حالة اتخاذ إجراءات حاسمة يمكن استرداد هذه الأموال في مدة بين 3 شهور حتى 3 سنوات تدريجيًا.
وشدد محسوب على أن مهما طالت المدة لن تختفي هذه الأموال، وعندما تتوافر الإرادة السياسية الحقيقة تستطيع استعادتها بسهولة.
ومن جانبه قال حاتم عزام، عضو مجلس الشعب، في اتصال هاتفي مع "صباحك يا مصر": إن هناك حرصًا على استعادة كل مليم من حق الشعب المصري في الداخل والخارج، إلا أنه لا توجد إرادة سياسية حقيقة لاستعادة هذه الأموال ومحاكمة القابعين في طرة.
