سقط الستار عن المجلس العسكري وأظهر عدائه للثورة و الثوار

---الذين كانوا يحاربون من أجل «الدستور أولاً» هم أنفسهم الذين غيروا موقفهم ويحاربون من أجل «الرئيس أولاً قبل الدستور».. فماذا بالضبط هو المطلوب؟

الحكاية لم يمض عليها سوى شهور قليلة، فقبل فتح باب الترشح لانتخابات مجلس الشعب شهدت مصر حرباً حوارية بين فريقين طالب أحدهما بوقف أى انتخابات قبل أن يتم وضع الدستور الجديد حتى نكون على معرفة بالدولة التى سنعيشها والتى ستتم الانتخابات فيها: هل ستكون رئاسية أم برلمانية أم خليطاً من الاثنتين؟ بينما حجة الفريق الثانى أنه يجب احترام استفتاء 19 مارس الذى تدفق عليه الملايين بصورة غير مسبوقة أكدت أن هناك فعلاً ثورة وصلت إلى الملايين وحركتهم ودفعتهم إلى الوقوف فى طوابير طويلة أمام اللجان بعد أن أحسوا أنهم أصحاب البلد. ولما كان هذا الاستفتاء، الذى لقى قبول المواطنين بنسبة كبيرة، قد رسم خريطة الطريق على أساس البدء بانتخاب مجلس الشعب ثم الشورى ثم الدستور ثم الرئيس فيكون هذا هو الطريق الأوجب إلى الاتباع.

ولم تكن الحكاية فى أساسها الخلاف حول الدستور أم الانتخاب وإنما كان حول ضعف الأحزاب، باستثناء حزب الإخوان، وعدم تمكن الشباب من الانتقال من العمل الوطنى إلى العمل السياسى والعمل بجدية فى تكوين أحزاب جديدة تعبر عن الثورة التى لم تكن لها قيادة ولكن آن الأوان أن تعبر عن نفسها، إلا أن الانقسامات بين الشباب اتضح أنها لا تقل عن خلافات الكبار، وهكذا فإن الساحة أصبحت شبه خالية أمام التيار الإسلامى الذى كانت المفاجأة أن الإخوان وحدهم لا يمثلونه، وإنما تبين أن هناك تياراً سلفياً لم نكن نسمع عنه إلا قليلاً وقد استهنا به ثم تبين أننا لم نكن على معرفة جيدة بجيولوجية المواطنين الذين أعطى ربعهم أصواتهم للسلفيين!

الآن حتى كما قلت، ونحن على أبواب اختيار هيئة وضع الدستور، وتأكيد المجلس الأعلى تسليمه السلطة للرئيس المنتخب قبل آخر يونيو المقبل، أى بعد خمسة شهور ـ تتجدد المظاهرات والاعتصامات مطالبة بإنهاء إدارة المجلس العسكرى فوراً وإجراء انتخابات عاجلة للرئيس قبل وضع الدستور، وعلى أساس أن البلد لم يعد يتحمل إدارة المجلس الشهور القليلة المتبقية، مع أن المجلس أعلن تسليمه مجلس الشعب إصدار التشريعات الجديدة، أى أنه لم يعد للمجلس حق إصدار تشريعات. وبعد انتخاب مجلس الشورى ستتم مراجعة القرارات التى أصدرها المجلس بما فى ذلك قرارات التعيينات بالصحافة وغيرها حتى تحصل على إقرار السلطة التشريعية.

الآن نلاحظ انطلاق شعار «سقوط حكم العسكر» والمناداة بتسليمهم السلطة فوراً بعد انتخاب مجلس الشعب لدرجة جعلت الذين يفكرون بمنطق التآمر يشككون فى أن «الإخوان» أنفسهم وراء هذا التغيير بهدف أن يكونوا عن طريق رئيس مجلس الشعب اليد الجاهزة لتسلم سلطة الرئاسة
هكذا سقط الستار عن المجلس العسكري وأظهر عدائه للثورة و الثوار الذين يراهم المجلس ككابوس قام بخطف حكم البلاد منهم بعد 59 سنة من الحكم العسكري!!!؟؟ وما هو الخروج الآمن للمجلس العسكري؟

عندما يتكلم الإعلام عن العسكر فأنة يفصل بين الجيش كمؤسسة عسكرية و المجلس العسكري الذي يمارس وظيفة رئيس الجمهورية و هو منصب سياسي و يقابلة نقد والرأي و الرأي الآخر

و لكن مرارا و تكرارا يحاول المجلس العسكري أن يضع الجيش أمامة ليكون حائط صد يحتمي فية و ستارة يعتقد أنها ستحمية من النقد علي أخطائة السياسية في إدارة البلاد و التي هي علي وشك أن تفجر الثورة من جديد . و يعتقد المجلس العسكري أيضا علي المؤسسة الإعلامية الحكومية في محاولة للتأثير علي رأي الشارع و إقناعة أنة يعمل لمصلحة البلاد و الذي يراة السياسيون و الناشطون أنة محاولة منة لخلط الأمور و المراوغة السياسية بطريقة لا و لن تمر مر الكرام و خاصة و أن الشعب عرف معني الحرية و لن يفرط فيها بعد اليوم

المجلس العسكري الذي قام في 11 فبراير و أعلن إنحيازة للثورة و الثوار و أكد مرارا و تكرارا أنة يسعي لتحقيق أهداف الثورة الذي أعتبرها أهداف شرعية و ماذا حدث في العشر شهور الماضية؟؟؟؟

لقد حدث الكثير و الكثير من سوء إدارة للبلاد و الذي يُفسّر بما لا يقبل الشكك أن المجلس العسكري يخاف من المحاسبة و يسعي لحماية ظهرة بعد تسليم السلطة(كما يقول) و لهذا السبب كان و لا زال يقوم بالأخطاء السياسية الشنيعة و التي قلّبت الشارع الثوري ضدة و أصبح في موقف لا يُحسد علية و بما لا يقبل الشك أنة هو المسؤل الأول و الأخير علي الموقف الحالي لأنة هو القائد السياسي الذي لا يتقن إدارة البلاد سياسيا

من الحين إلي الآخر تحدث أفعال مختلقة و مقصودة من قِبل الأمن طارة و العسكر طارة أخري مثل أحداث مسرح البالون و ماسبيرو و التحرير و مصطفي محمود و أخيرا( و ليس بأخيرا) و التي فيها يتم الإعتداء علي معتصمين أو متظاعرين سلميين و يسقط قتلي في كل موقعة هي اشد وطأ من موقعة الجمل المشهورة. و في كل مرة تظهر شرائط عديدة كدليل علي ممارسات العسكر اللا إنسانية ضد المعتصمين أو المعتصمين بدايتة بالضرب بالعصي و نهاية بسحل و ضرب بنات مصر الشريفات بالأقدام و الشلاليت و العصي و التعرية و الدهس بعربات الجيش كالصراصير ثم الإكراة بكشف العذرية و تصوريهم عرايا أثناء الكشف و تعذيبهم بالصواعق الكربائية و العديد من الممارسات التي تحتاج إلي كتب لإحصاءها؟

المجلس العسكري بدأ في التكشير عن أنيابة بعد أن سقط قناع الإنحياز إلي الثورة فقدان آخر فرصة للمصداقية بعد فضائح التصريح الأخير بعد أحداث مجلس الوزراء و الظهور الفاضح لتورط المجلس العسكري في إختلاق تلك الأحداث و إستغلال أطفال شوارع مقبوض عليهم علي ذمة قضية شروع في قتل لحرق المنشئات الحكومية و إستغلال ذلك لتشوية سمعة الثورة و الثوار لدي رجل الشارع العادي الذي ليس لدية القدرة علي تحليل الأحداث الجارية أو الإضطلاع علي كل الدلائل المتوفرة علي تورط المجلس العسكري في تلك الأحداث. و كان رد الفعل الطبيعي للمجلس العسكري أن يبدأ في الحرب العلانية ضد وجه الثورة و الثوار بلا حياء فنشاهد مشاهد قتل الشعب في شوارع وسط البلد و إلقاء القبض علي نشطاء سياسيين و تسؤيب أنباء عن مخطط إغتيال نشطاء سياسيين و إعلاميين في سياق مخطط تركيع الثورة و الثوار(حسب توصيف دكتور العلوم السياسية في جامعة القاهرة) و

تلك الأحداث و التي تفسر كثير من التصريحات التي قام بها المشير طنطاوي في يوم إفتتاح مصنع المواد الكيماوية حيث قال” هل تريدون أن يفعل الجيش مثل الذي يفعلة جيراننا؟” و هو يقصد بذلك ما فعلة القذافي و يفعلة الأسد!!!!!و هو يظهر في صورة الرجل العسكري الشجاع الذي يضع كل حياتة علي الكفة العسكرية و ترك الخيار السياسي وراء ظهرة؟؟؟؟؟؟

و الوضع الحالي الذي لا يُحسد علية المجلس العسكري أنة وضع نفسة في مواجهة حادة ضد الثورة و نراة يريد أن يمشي في طريق ربما سيكون طريف الون واي الذي سيكون فية الرجوع مستحيلو نحللة كالآتي:و

المجلس العسكري يسعي لإستخدام الجيش الشريف و الأمين علي الشعب و البلد ضد الشعب و ذلك في سبيل حماية مكتسباتة الشخصية التي يريد حمايتها و ذلك بعد فشلة مرة تلو الآخري في خلق أساس دستوري يجعل من الجيش دولو داخل دولة بعد فشل كل محاولاتة منتهية بمذكرة السلمي !!!؟

و الأحداث الجارية في الشارع الآن توحي بأن الجيش بدأ في إستخدام القوة لتقوية ميزانة السياسي و هو بذلك ينسي الوضع الذي أصبحت علية مصر من وعي سياسي و شعور بالحرية التي لا و لن يتنازل

عليها الشعب مرة أخري و هذا ظهر جليا في قيام الشعب بعزل فلول الوطني بنفسة بعد تلكؤ المجلس في إصدار قانون العزل

المجلس العسكري ينسي طبيعة الشعب المصري الذي لم يكن يقبل الظلم و الطغيان مهما التدابيرالأمنية للنظم البائدة و لن يقبل الشعب البطش من جديد

المجلس العسكري يراهن علي حصان الجيش (القوي) الذي هو أصلا ملك للشعب و أن الجيش لن يقوم بدور الآلة العمياء التي تقتل الشعب لأنة أيضا جزء من الشعب

المجلس العسكري ينسي طبيعة الشعب المصري الذي كان و سيكون متماسكا ضد أي بطش الحكام

المجلس العسكري يسعي في القبض علي كل النشطاء الشباب و الذي يعتقد أن لهم تاثير في الشارع و يعتقلهم إعتقادا منة أنة بذلك يخمد نيران الثورة و

بذلك يكون قد زاد ميزانة السياسي في إسترداد ما خسرة

المجلس العسكري ينسي دور النقابات و المؤسسات العلمية التي مازالت تحلم بنور الحرية و أنها لا و لن ترضخ لبطش أو ظلم سلطان مهما كان إن أراد سرقة حريتهم مرة ثاتية و يري المفكرون السياسيون في مصر المحروثة أن المجلس العسكري يسعي لإستخدام خيار القوة لأن الوقت يداهمة و لم يحصل بعد علي ضمانات خروج آمن بعد تسليم الح

كم. فكيف بة بعد تكوين حكومة منتخبة؟, ديمقراطية و بعد ذلك يظهر من يفاح ملفات فساد في المؤسسة العسكرية بما يعرّض أعضاء المجلس العسكري للمحاكمة و السجن؟؟ و هذا الكابوس الذي يعيشة المجلس العسكري و الذي يجعلة يفقد صوابة يوم بعد يوم وقرب تكوين مجلس شعب و حكومة ستكون مُمثلة للشعب(منتخبة ديمقراطية) مع غيال تلك الضمانات؟؟؟؟ و هذا هو الكابوس الذي يجعل جفونهم لا تنام و الذي يجعلهم أن يلجأوا للأسلوب القديم من تزوير الحقائق و التآمر مع شياطين نظام مبارك و فرق التوريث لتركيع الثورة و الثوار إعتقادا منهم أن ذلك يعتبر حلا!!!!!!؟

و يطول بنا المجال لذكر مواطن نسيان المجلس العسكري في حساباتة (الخاطئة) النقاط السياسية و التي يعتقد أنها معة و لكنها هي ضد أي محاولة للإنقلاب ضد الثورة

و الحل إذا ؟ ما المخرج الآمن للمجلس العسكري و الذي ربما يليق بة؟

الحل الآمن الذي نراة هنا أن يسعي المجلس العسكري بالخيار السياسي و نحن نري أن المجال مفتوح لة. و ما هو الحل السياسي هذ؟

بكل بساطة يجب علية أن يركز قواة في الخيار السياسي مع القوي السياسية المؤثرة في الشارع ممثلة في مجلس يمثل المرشحين للرئاسة و ممثليين للأح

هذا الحل السياسي لا و لن ينجح في حالة عدم صفاء نية المجلس العسكري أو عدم صراحتهم أو إثبات مصداقيتهم في هذا الأمر وهذا لابد أن يظهر في إخيارهم لكل القوي السياسية و لابد أن لا يلجأوا فقط للأحزاب الكرتونية و السلفيين فقط؟؟ و لكن كل الأطياف و بصدق و شفافية بالغة زاب الثورية و الإخوان و غيرهم و يسعي لعقد صفقة و إتفاق يسمح لة بالخروج الآمن بعد تسليم الحكم إلي الدولة المدنية(مبتدأة بمجلس الشعب المنتخب) و يتم كتابة وثيقة يذكر فيها هذا الإتفاق و بذلك يكون قد ضمن الخروج الآمن من مسرح الحكم في مصر بعد حكم دام 59 عام

و إن لم يفعل هذا و ظل الإستمرار في الخيار العسكري فليعلم أنه كتب بذلك سيناريوأليم لا و لن يغيرة أحد لأن الحق و العدل فوق القوة و الطغيان
