العاده السريه اضرارها والحمله الي توعيه الشباب

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
من الواقع المر الذى نعيشه والذى لا ينبغى السكوت عنه بسبب الحياء وبسبب المشكلات التى تسببها تلك الممارسة الممقوتة كان يجب الكتابة عنها وبيان مخاطرها وأضرارها فليس من المفترض أن يمنع الحياء الخير

الأضرار التى قد تلحق بممارس نكاح اليد (العادة السرية)(جلد عمير):-
ملحوظة1:كل الأضرار منقولة عن مصادر طبية موثوقة (انظر المصادر فى أسفل الموضوع).
ملحوظة2: قد تكون هناك أضرار أخرى ولكن هذا ما وجدناه من مصادر موثوقة على الشبكة.
ملحوظة3: ليس من المفترض أن تظهر هذه الأضرار مجتمعة ولكن كل حسب درجة اسرافه.

1-قلة التركيز الذهني والخمول وعدم القدرة على التحصيل
وهذا يسبب مشاكل فى الدراسة فتجد الطالب فجأة أصبح مستواه أقل مما كان عليه
والعجب كل العجب فى نتائج الثانوية العامة

2-سرعة القذف:-
وهو أن يتم انزال المنى بسرعة خلال ثوان معدودة ودعنى أتخيل معك تلك القصة فى ليلة زفافك وبعد أن جهزت جهازك ووضبت شقتك وصرفت عليها دم قلبك وكان كل شىء تمام ..و بعد أن أقفل الباب ... لم يستمر الأمر سوى ثوانٍ معدودة وربما انتهى الأمر قبل أن يبدأ وبدأت زوجتك تنظر إليك فى دهشة واستغراب وربما ازدراء وحق لها ذلك فهى منعت نفسها وصامت عن الرجال طول حياتها لتكون لك وفى النهاية لم تحقق آمالها المرجوة ليت الأمر يقف عند هذا الحد ولكن الأمر قد يتعدى إلى الخيانة الزوجية أو أن تكفى نفسها, هذا إن استمر الزواج أصلاً , فأنت لا تؤدى الغرض سرعة القذف يمكن علاجها (حتى لا تيأس من الحياة)
وهنا تجدر الإشارة أن فترة خمس دقائق قبل حدوث القذف الأول للرجال يعدها الأطباء فترة طبيعية

3- آلام الخصية وآلام أسفل البطن وأسفل الظهر و ألم عند التبول (حرقان) وألم بالشرج وتقطع البول وألم في منطقة العانة نتيجة الاحتقان المتكرر للجهاز التناسلي , وذلك لأن الإفراط في ممارسة العادة سبب تجمعا لدم الوريد، واحتقانا حول الجهاز التناسلي والبروستاتا والمثانة والشرج، ويُحدث كذلك انقباضا للعضلات الموجودة بالحوض، وحول المستقيم والقضيب.
وفي العادة السرية وعلى عكس العلاقة الزوجية الصحيحة لا يحدث ارتخاء تام وراحة بعد العادة السرية كما يحدث في العلاقة الزوجية ولذلك تختفي الأوعية الدموية والعضلات وتسبب آلاما على فترات أثناء القيام بالعادة السرية، وليس مع الجماع الطبيعي وكذلك استخدام أو التعرض للقراءات المثيرة جنسياً أو المناظر والأفلام الجنسية يزيد من هذه الأعراض.

4- خروج دم مع القذف
الدم الذي يخرج من العضو الذكرى مع القذف سببه إما يرجع إلى احتقان شديد بالبروستاتا والحويصلة المنوية أو بمجرى البول نتيجة الممارسة العنيفة المتكررة للعادة السرية

5-خروج نقاط من البول أثناء العطاس أو الكحة
يحدث هذا نتيجة ضعف في الصمام العضلي الذي يحيط بقاعدة العضو الذكوري، والذي هو عبارة عن عضلة دائرية الأنسجة من شأنها أن تحكم إغلاق المجرى البولي التناسلي حينما لا تكون هناك حاجة لانفراجه، بحيث يبقى البول في مكانه، وهو المثانة البولية، وأيضاً يبقى المني في مكانه، وهو الحويصلات المنوية... أما في حالة الإسراف في العادة السرية فيحدث ما يشبه الالتهاب العصبي بسبب كثرة التعرض للاحتقان والإرهاق، فتتأثر قدرة العضلة على التحكم في إغلاق المجرى البولي التناسلي بشكل سلبي بالطبع، فتفقد هذه الاستطاعة عند التعرض لأقل المؤثرات مثل زيادة الضغط داخل منطقتي البطن والحوض (كما هو الحال أثناء السعال أو الحزق)
أظن أنك لا تحتاج أن أخبرك أن منظرك سيكون سىء والناس يرون بقعاً على سروالك

6- عدم الشعور بالمتعة أثناء الجماع الحلال السوى مع زوجك وتفضيل نكاح اليد عليه
(هذا الأمر يحدث للنساء الممارسات لهذه العادة القذرة قبل الزواج أيضاً) هذا ﻷن عقلك تم برمجته على طريقة امتاع معينة فأصبح لا يستمتع بغيرها ,فيما يسمى بالقالب الجنسى فأنتَ أو أنتِ وضعت قالبا لطريقة امتاعك بعبارة اخرى انك اصبت ببرود جنسى

7-فقدان العذرية (للفتيات)
من أخطر ما قد يصيب الفتاة جراء هذه الممارسة القذرة أنها قد تفقد بكارتها إن مارستها داخليا (المهبل) فأخبرينى أُختى بالله عليك ماذا تقولين لزوجك إن اكتشف فقد العذرية هل ستقولين أنك كنت تمارسين العادة السرية ؟... هل سيصدقك؟؟ حتى وإن كنت صادقة هل تعلمين أنه بسبب الجهل والغيرة الزائدة قد يقتلك أهلك ظنا منهم لقيامك بالفاحشة؟ وهذا بلا شك تعدٍ جائر
نصيحة أخوية .... لا تضعى نفسك فى موقف محرج و ربما قاتل لا تُحسدى عليه

الأدلة على حرمة نكاح اليد
أولا :الأدلة من القرآن الكريم

1- قول الله سبحانه وتعالى

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

( قَدْ أَفْلَحَ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ(1)الَّذِينَ هُمْ فِي صَلاتِهِمْ خَاشِعُونَ(2)وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ عَنِ اللَّغْوِ مُعْرِضُونَ(3)وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِلزَّكَاةِ فَاعِلُونَ(4)وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَافِظُونَ(5)إِلا عَلَى أَزْوَاجِهِمْ أوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ غَيْرُ مَلُومِينَ(6)فَمَنْ ابْتَغَى وَرَاءَ ذَلِكَ فَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمْ الْعَادُونَ(7) ) ...(أول سورة المؤمنون)
الشاهد من الآيات قوله (فمن ابتغى وراء ذلك فأولئك هم العادون) ونكاح اليد مما وراء ذلك (وفى هذه الآية الرد على كلام ابن حزم من مذهبه نفسه الذى خالفه)
وتدبر معى بناء على هذه الآية أنك خسرت أشياء كثيرة منها الفلاح الذى فى الآيةالأولى وأنك لم تحفظ فرجك وأنك نلت لقب "عادى"أى معتدى والله هو من لقبك بهذا

2- وقول الله تعالى
(وَلْيَسْتَعْفِفِ الَّذِينَ لَا يَجِدُونَ نِكَاحًا حَتَّى يُغْنِيَهُمُ اللَّهُ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ ....)..سورة النور من الآية33
فهل نكاح اليد هذا عفة ؟!!!

ثالنيا: الأدلة من السنة الشريفة:
1- عن النواس بن سمعان أن رجلا سأل رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم عن البر والإثم فقال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: (البر حسن الخلق والإثم ما حاك في نفسك وكرهت أن يطلع عليه الناس) ..(صحيح)
وهذا الكلام ينطبق على العادة السرية 100٪ فهى بذلك إثم

2- قول النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم: (لا ضرر ولا ضرار) ..صحيح
وواضح جدا أن العادة السرية مضرة

3-أنه ليس من ضمن الحلول التى ساقتها الشريعة السمحاء للشباب ذوى الشهوة والرغبة
حيث قال النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم : (يا معشر الشباب , من استطاع منكم الباءة فليتزوج ومن لم يستطع فعليه بالصوم فإنه له وجاء )
الحلول المطروحة هى زواج أو صوم وليس من بينها نكاح اليد وسيأتى تفصيل ذلك الحديث فيما يلى حينما نتحدث عن الحل للعادة السرية.

دعنى أوضح لك الصورة أكثر
ليكن فى علمك أخى الكريم أن جمهور المفسرين وجمهور الفقهاء يقولون بتحريم نكاح اليد
فالفقهاء الأربعة على سبيل المثال يقولون بتحريمه بما فيهم الإمام أحمدابن حنبل(على أصح القولين عنه) إلا أنهم (أى الحنابلة وبعض الأحناف) يستثنون الذى يفعلها للضرورة مثل خشية أن يقع فى الزنا أو خشية المرض
بعبارة اخرى أن اجازتها للضرورة فقط وليس لإستجلاب الشهوة
ولكن أخى اعلم أن رأى الحنابلة والأحناف -وإن كان صحيحا- إلا أنه ليس هو الحل , فلنفرض أنك أخذت بهذا الرأى فستصيبك المصائب المكتوبة بالأعلى عند الإفراط , إذاً فأين الحل ؟؟؟
الحل فيما قاله النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم قبل أكثر من 1400 سنة :(يا معشر الشباب , من استطاع منكم الباءة فليتزوج ومن لم يستطع فعليه بالصوم فإنه له وجاء )
وأنا أركز على هذا الحديث ﻷنه أهم حل للموضوع ..
فالعلم الحديث يؤكد أن في الخصيتين خلايا متخصصة في إنتاج هرمون التيستوستيرون (Testosterone) (9)، وهو الهرمون المحرك والمثير للرغبة الجنسية وتثبت التجربة العلمية هبوط مستوى هرمون الذكورة ( التيستوستيرون) هبوطاً كبيراً أثناء الصيام المتواصل، بل وبعد إعادة التغذية بثلاثة أيام، ثم ارتفع ارتفاعاً كبيراً بعد ذلك، وهذا يؤكد أن الصيام له القدرة على كبح الرغبة الجنسية مع تحسينها بعد ذلك، وهذا يؤكد فائدة الصوم في زيادة الخصوبة عند الرجل بعد الإفطار.
اعلم أخى وأختى أن الله يغار فعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال إن الله عز وجل يغار وغيرة الله أن يأتي المؤمن ما حرم الله عليه )...رواه البخاري ومسلم
أما آن لك تستحى من الله وهو يراك على هذه الحال النكراء

الحل
هل تريد الخلاص من العادة السرية... إليك السبيل

1- تأكد من نفسك بدون عادة سرية:
كثير من صغار السن من الشباب يدخل إليهم الشيطان من مدخل "تأكد من نفسك" فيتطور به الأمر إلى الإدمان لهذه العادة الممقوتة , فهو يريد التأكد من نفسه مرة بعد مرة .. وقد يخيل إليه أن المنى قد انتهى من المرة السابقة من الإستمناء فيمارسها مرة أخرى وأخرى ليتأكد وهكذا...
وهذه كلها وساوس شيطانية ... فالأطباء يؤكدون أن حدوث الإنتصاب والإحتلام (ذاك البديل الطبيعى للعادة السرية) وخروج المنى كلها مؤشرات تدل على أنك بصحة جيدة , كما أن نفاذ كمية المنى هذا أمر مضحك فهو ينتج باستمرار كلعاب فمك
وعلى العموم هناك وسائل للموَسوَسين للتأكد عن طريق فحوص إكلينيكية ومعملية وإشعاعية، ويمكن الاسترشاد عنها بكل سهولة من أي طبيب متخصص.


2- الصلاة وذكر الله :
إن الصلاة من أقوى الموانع للعادة السرية .... فلن تستطيع أن تجمع بين المواظبة على العادة السرية و المواظبة على الصلاة
وستترك أحدهما للآخر ... عاجلا أم آجلا
والصلاة ناهية لك عن الفحشاء والمنكر ... فحافظ عليها
وكذلك ذِكْر الله على كل أحوالك بل هو أكبر من الصلاة فى النهى عن الفحشاء والمنكر كما قال الله عز وجل

3- إما الزواج وإما الصوم :
لا تنس وصية نبيك محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم حين قال(يا معشر الشباب , من استطاع منكم الباءة فليتزوج ومن لم يستطع فعليه بالصوم فإنه له وجاء ) ..<< (حديث صحيح) فلو تلاحظ معى أن النبى أمر من لم يستطع الباءة (أى الوطأ أو أنكاح) بالصوم وليس بنكاح اليد ..فلو كان نكاح اليد حلالا لرخص النبى ذلك للشباب . وهنا يجب توضيح شيئين الأول : أن النبى قال "فعليه بالصوم" وهذا معناه الإكثار منه فلا تنس الصيام بعد رمضان . الثانى: أن الصيام يقلل من شهوتك بصورة كبيرة ولكن لا يقضى عليها... بعبارة أخرى أن القرار النهائى بيدك وبعبارة أوضح إذا استمررت فى التخيل ومشاهدة الأفلام و استجلاب الشهوة لنفسك فلن ينفعك الصيام حينها.... ودعنى أذكرك بأن الصيام مفيد للصحة الجنسية ... وما تفعله مَهلَكة لها

4- الطريقة الذهبية لترك الذنوب:
هناك طريقة فعالة جدا لترك أى ذنب (أنا شخصياً اسميها الطريقة الذهبية )
هل تريد ترك أى ذنب ؟
إليك الطريقة الذهبية

أ-يجب استقذار الذنب و كرهه
ب-استقذر واستحقر نفسك وانت تقوم بالذنب
جـ-لزوم الذكر و الإستغفار
د-عليك بدعاء الله أن يخلصك من الذنب
هـ-انس تماما الصحبة السيئة (اشطبها من حياتك ,غير رقم التليفون و لا تنقل أرقام تليفوناتهم عندك مرة أخرى)
5- ابتعد عن مسبباتها:
ما الذى يدفعك لعمل العادة السرية ؟ هل هى الأفلام ؟ أم الإنترنت ؟ أم الأصدقاء ؟ أم أنك تستجلب الشهوة بنفسك ؟ أو عن طريق كتاب واصف للمفاتن و هو أشبه ما يكون بالصحف الصفراء والفضائحية فى زماننا هذا؟
أم أن الشيطان يدخل لك من مدخل " أريد أن أتأكد من نفسى"؟
اعرف ما يدفعك لها واتركه لله قبل نفسك .
6- انتِ يا اختى:
نعم أنتِ ... أنتِ الحل ....
أ- ملابسك :- هل تعلمين أن الحجاب ليس حجاب الرأس فقط ... أنا أريدك أن تسألى نفسك سؤال....
هل يليق أن ترتدى حجابا لرأسك مع البادى و البطلون الجنز أو باقى الملابس من فئة "الرش على الجسد"؟
فما قيمة الحجاب إذاً ... وما هو مغزى غطاء رأسك؟
أين حياؤك يا فتاة؟؟؟... أم أقول أين عفتك؟؟
اختى انت غالية فلا ترخصى نفسك بعرضها على من لا يستحق ... فأنت لست معرضا جسدياً

ب-اسلوبك فى التعامل :- حاولى قدر الإمكان ألا تقولى كلام قد يفهم منه أنه عرض للنفس عند ذوى القلوب المريضة .. تحلى بالوقار وتزينى بالأدب ... واجعلى أحمر خدودك الحياء .. وابتعدى عن الزينة الزائدة خارج البيت... أختى أنا خائف عليك فجرائم الإغتصاب قد كثرت ... وأنت على ذلك تشهدين.
