حزب التحالف الشعبى (الثورة مستمرة) الاشتباكات الوحشية- التى وقعت فى محيط مجلس الوزراء- المجلس العسكرى حاكم البلاد المسئولية الكاملة عن هذه الأحداث، مشيرا الى انها تنبىء بما لا يدع مجالا للشك عن رغبة حقيقية فى كسر إرادة شباب الثورة، بل إجهاض الثورة بموجات من القمع إجرامية، وتنبئ عن فوضى حقيقية داخل أجهزة الدولة.

واضح التحالف فى بيان له السبت - ان الأخطر هو توريط الجيش المصرى فى معارك غير محسوبة مع المواطنين فى مغامرة تحط من شأن المؤسسة العسكرية وتهز صورتها وتهدد استقرارها وتماسكها ، الأمر الذى ينذر بخطورة حقيقية على الدولة المصرية فى ظل هذه المغامرات المستمرة.

وطالب حزب التحالف الشعبى بتحقيق فورى فى أحداث 19 نوفمبر و 16 ديسمبر تقوم به لجنة قضائية محايدة ، وتعلن نتيجة التحقيق بشفافية كاملة ويتم تحويل المسئولين أيا ما كانوا للمحاكمة.كما نطالب كل الشرفاء بالانسحاب من المجلس الاستشاري ومقاطعة اى مشاورات مع المجلس العسكرى قبل بدء التحقيق.

وناشد كل القوى السياسية بتنحية كل القضايا الخلافية جانبا والتوحد خلف مطلب الخروج السريع للمجلس العسكرى من العملية السياسية وتشكيل حكومة إنقاذ وطنى حقيقية لها صلاحيات كاملة تدير ما تبقى من المرحلة الانتقالية. لقد حان أوان إنقاذ الدولة المصرية من براثن الاستبداد والوحشية والمحاولات المستمرة لإعادة إنتاج نظام مبارك القمعى الذى قامت ضده ثورة يناير.
