سخر نشطاء من إخلاء السلطات المصرية سبيل المتهمين الأجانب في قضية التمويل الأجنبي بعد ما وصفوه بـ “التصريحات الرنانة” من قبل المسئولين المصريين بأنه لا تهاون في القضية وأن مصر لن تركع، معلنة رفضها المعونة الأمريكية.. وصمم النشطاء على موقع التواصل الاجتماعي فيسبوك بوستر لفيلم يسخر من الأحداث بعنوان ” فيلم التمويل الأجنبي”.

ووضع النشطاء على البوستر تصريحات سابقة للوزيرة فايزة أبو النجا وزيرة التعاون الدولي والنائب مصطفى بكري و الدكتور كمال الجنزوري رئيس الوزراء وصور لهم يلوحون بـ “نفس الصوباع” ويؤكدون إن مصر ستطبق القانون في قضية التمويل ولن ترضخ للضغط الأمريكي بسبب المعونة.

وبحسب الصورة تقول د .فايزة أبو النجا أن الولايات المتحدة تسعى لاحتواء الثورة المصرية وتوجيهها لخدمة المصالح الأمريكية والإسرائيلية وأنه يتعذر على أمريكا وإسرائيل القيام خلق حالة الفوضى والعمل على استمرارها في مصر بشكل مباشر، ومن ثم استخدمت التمويل المباشر للمنظمات خاصة الأميركي منها كوسائل لتنفيذ تلك الأهداف.
فيما قال النائب مصطفى بكري أن أمريكا مازالت تتدخل في السيادة المصرية ومازالت تهاجم الوزيرة الشريفة – بحسب قوله – فايزة أبو النجا، ومازالت تدعم منظمات المجتمع المدني والتي وصفها بـ “بوتيكات المجتمع المدني” ومازال الكونجرس الأمريكي يصرح بمعاقبة فايزة أبو النجا. أما رئيس الوزراء كمال الجنزوري فأظهرت الصورة تصريحاته التي قال فيها ’’ مصر ستطبق القانون في قضية منظمات المجتمع المدني ولن تتراجع بسبب معونة أو غيرها ولن تقبل بتدخل أحد مهما كان في أعمال القضاء المصري ومصر لن تركع’’.

وبعد هذه التصريحات الرنانة بحسب النشطاء، تظهر في الصورة طائرة تغادر المطار في إشارة إلى أن ما حدث في النهاية هو إخلاء سبيل المتهمين الأجانب وتركهم يغادرون البلاد بعد تدخل وصفوه على مواقع التواصل بالسافر في أعمال القضاء فيما تقول عروسة معلقة :’’ طار في الهواء شاشي وأنت

أعلن المستشار عاصم الجوهرى مساعد وزير العدل لشئون جهاز الكسب غير المشروع ورئيس اللجنة القضائية المشكلة باسترداد أموال مصر المنهوبة بالخارج أن اللجنة القضائية توصلت إلى معلومات مؤكدة تفيد بأن علاء وجمال نجلى الرئيس السابق حسنى مبارك لديهما ودائع ببنوك سويسرا تقدر بحوالى 340 مليون فرنك سويسرى بما يوازي 2 مليار و 270 مليون جنيها.

وقال المستشار الجوهرى فى بيان له الاثنين أن علاء مبارك يمتلك بمفرده 300 مليون دولار وهو مايشير إلى أنه وشقيقه المالكين لمعظم الأموال التى جمدتها سويسرا والتى تبلغ 410 ملايين فرنك سويسرى .

وكشف المستشار عاصم الجوهرى مساعد وزير العدل لشئون جهاز الكسب غير المشروع عن أن اللجنة القضائية المكلفة باسترداد أموال مصر المنهوبة بالخارج ، وضعت يدها على وثائق مهمة تؤكد إمتلاك رجل الأعمال الهارب حسين سالم ونجليه خالد وماجدة ثروة طائلة بعدة دول بالخارج تجاوزت 24 مليار جنيه تم التوصل إليها من خلال التحويلات البنكية العديدة التى أجراها سالم ونجليه بعدة بنوك بالخارج .

وأشار إلى أن اللجنة القضائية وضعت يدها أيضا على مستندات تؤكد إمتلاك عدد من رموز النظام السابق لثروات طائلة فى العديد من الدول حيث لجأ معظمهم إلى حيلة لاخفاء ثرواتهم من خلال تكوين شركات (أوف شور) وهى شركات لا تخضع لسلطات الدول المقامة بها وذلك بهدف إتخاذ تلك الشركات كستار لاخفاء أموالهم حتى يصعب تتبعها.

وأوضح أن لجنة إسترداد الأموال توصلت لتلك المعلومات من خلال خطة موضوعة لتتبع ثروات رموز النظام السابق بالخارج والتى تعاونت فيها اللجنة مع عدد من أجهزة الإستخبارات المالية وكبرى مكاتب المحاماة بالدول الأجنبية ولم يسافر أى من أعضاء اللجنة للخارج سوى لمرة واحدة وذلك توفيرا للنفقات ودرءا للشبهات حول عمل اللجنة فى مرحلة حرجة تمر بها البلاد.
