كشفت جماعة الإخوان عن تلقيها تهديدات بحل البرلمان ووصفته بأنه ابتزاز لا يليق . وقالت الجماعة في بيان لها اليوم “للأسف الشديد يتم التهديد بأن هناك طعنا في دستورية مجلس الشعب موجود في درج رئيس المحكمة الدستورية العليا يمكن تحريكه، وهذا الكلام كارثة، فهل المحكمة الدستورية خاضعة للسلطة التنفيذية؟ وهل الذي يحكم العلاقة بين سلطات الدولة هو الدستور والقانون؟ أم التهديد والتلاعب بالدستور؟ ” .ووصفت الجماعة التهديد بالطعن على دستورية مجلس الشعب انه ” ابتزاز لا يليق ” خاصة وان ” إن موضوع الطعن الدستوري إنما ينصب على النسبة المقررة للقوائم والنسبة المقررة للفردي وهذه النسبة كان المجلس العسكري قد ناقشها مع القوى السياسية المختلفة ومع أعضاء من المحكمة الدستورية العليا، وقد أقرت اللجنة التشريعية برئاسة وزير العدل هذا النظام (الأهرام 24 سبتمبر 2011م) ” .
وكانت البديل قد نشرت تصريحات لدكتور عمار هلي حسن كشف فيها عن تلقي الكتاتني رئيس مجلس الشعب تهديدات بحل البرلمان إذا تمسكت الجماعة بسحب الثقة من الجنزوري .
واستنكرت الجماعة في بيانها , تمسك المجلس العسكري بحكومة الدكتور كمال الجنزورى رئيس مجلس الوزراء, ورفض إقالتها وتشكيل حكومة جديد, على الرغم من أدائها الضعيف وفشلها .
وقالت الجماعة في بيان لها: ” للأسف الشديد, مازال المجلس العسكري مصر على تمسكه بالحكومة على الرغم من طلب مجلس الشعب تقديم استقالتها”.
وأضافت الجماعة في بيانها إن تمسك العسكري بالحكومة الحالية ” يثير الشكوك حول سر هذا التمسك بالفشل والفاشلين ؟ وهل هو الرغبة في إجهاض الثورة وتيئيس الناس من قدرتهم على تحقيق أهدافهم ؟ أم رغبة في تزوير انتخابات الرئاسة؟”.
وأكدت الجماعة “إن الإبقاء على هذه الوزارة -لا سيما وأننا مقبلون على انتخابات رئاسية وعلى استفتاء شعبي على الدستور- يثير الشكوك حول نزاهة هذه الانتخابات والاستفتاء، وإذا كان هناك من يسعى لإعادة إنتاج النظام الفاسد السابق بوجوه جديدة، فإن الشعب قادر ومستعد للحركة لإعادة إنتاج ثورته وحمايتها وإنقاذ سفينتها قبل أن تغرق ” .
وأكدت الجماعة أنها تتعامل مع المرحلة الانتقالية بعد الثورة “بطريقة حكيمة متئدة تتوخى المصلحة العليا للشعب والوطن وترى أن استكمال المسيرة الديمقراطية وتكوين المؤسسات الدستورية التي تتسلم السلطة من المجلس العسكري هو الطريق الصحيح والآمن والمحقق لأهداف الثورة وتطلعات الشعب ” .
وأشارت الجماعة إلى ما أسمته ” فشل الحكومة ” والمتمثل في تقديم بيان هزيل لمجلس الشعب رفضته اللجان النوعية التسع عشرة بالإجماع , وكارثة إستاد بورسعيد، وكانت كفيلة باستقالة الحكومة كاملة فور حدوثها , السعي لتبديد الأموال الموجودة في الصناديق الخاصة والمقدرة بعشرات المليارات من الجنيهات حتى تتركها خاوية على عروشها ” .
وتابعت الجماعة : التقاعس عن استرداد الأموال المنهوبة والمهربة للخارج لحساب رؤوس الفساد وكبار اللصوص , وافتعال أزمات يومية في ضرورات الحياة: البوتاجاز والبنزين والسولار ورغيف الخبز , والإعلان عن تآكل رصيدنا من العملة الصعبة، وانعدام الشفافية في قضية الحسابات الخاصة بالرئيس المخلوع ,التباطؤ في حل مشكلة سائقي النقل العام”.
وأشارت الجماعة إلى أن سفر المتهمين الأجانب في قضية التمويل الأجنبي لمنظمات المجتمع المدني بعد تأكيد رئيس الوزراء بأن مصر لن تركع، وتصريحات الوزيرة فايزة أبو النجا بأن هؤلاء المتهمين يتآمرون على مصر لصالح أمريكا وإسرائيل، ثم ادعاء الحكومة بأنها لم تعلم شيئا عن سفر المتهمين رغم الزعم بأنها تمتلك صلاحيات رئيس الجمهورية.
