أصدر المستشار عبد المجيد محمود النائب العام الاثنين، قرارًا بالتحفظ على أموال الرئيس السابق حسني مبارك وزوجته سوزان صالح ثابت ونجليه علاء وجمال مبارك وزوجتيهما وأولادهما القصر، ومنعهم جميعًا من السفر إلى خارج البلاد، في ضوء البلاغات المقدمة ضدهم بتهمة الفساد.
وشمل قرار النائب العام جميع الممتلكات المنقولة والعقارية والنقدية والأسهم والسندات ومختلف الأوراق المالية في البنوك والشركات وغيرها المملوكة للرئيس السابق وزوجته ونجليه وزوجتيهما وأولادهما القصر.
وصرح المستشار عادل السعيد المتحدث باسم النائب العام، أن النائب العام المستشار عبد المجيد محمود أصدر أمرا بمنع الرئيس السابق حسني مبارك وأفراد عائلته من السفر فيما يجري التحقيق في البلاغات المقدمة ضدهم.
ولم يذكر تفاصيل البلاغات، لكنه قال ان أمرا رسميا صدر، مضيفا أن الامر يتضمن أيضا التحفظ على أموال مبارك وعائلته.
وحدد المستشار السيد عبد العزيز عمر رئيس محكمة استئناف القاهرة جلسة السبت القادم للنظر في طلب النائب العام بتأييد القرار الصادر عنه، وذلك أمام محكمة جنايات القاهرة برئاسة المستشار مكرم عواد.
وكان النائب العام تلقى في الأيام الماضية بلاغات ضد مبارك، وأحالها للجهات الرقابية لإجراء التحقيقات، حيث تم تكليف جهاز الكسب غير المشروع بالتحقق من صحة الاتهامات الموجهة لمبارك .
وفي الأسبوع الماضي طلب النائب العام من وزير الخارجية أحمد أبو الغيط تجميد أرصدة الرئيس السابق وزوجته وابنيه، في أول إجراء من نوعه يستهدف ملاحقة أموال الرئيس المخلوع، بعد أن قررت سويسرا في وقت سابق تجميد أرصدته ومقربين منه ببنوكها.
وخاطب النائب العام وزير الخارجية ليطلب –بالطرق الدبلوماسية المقررة- من الدول الأجنبية تجميد الحسابات والأرصدة لديها والخاصة بالرئيس السابق حسني مبارك، وزوجته سوزان صالح ثابت (سوزان مبارك) ونجله الأكبر علاء وزوجته هايدي مجدي راسخ، ونجله الثاني جمال مبارك وزوجته خديجة محمود الجمال.
وصرح مصدر قضائي مسئول، أن تحرك النائب العام جاء بعد تلقيه عددا من البلاغات تضمنت تضخم ثروة الرئيس السابق وأفراد أسرته، وأن هذه الثروة مودعة خارج مصر، وأن النيابة قامت بسؤال مقدمي البلاغات فيما تضمنته وقدم البعض منهم أوراقا يستلزم التحقيق بشأنها للتأكد من صحتها حول تضخم هذه الثروة.
ومنذ الإطاحة به تحت ضغط الاحتجاجات الشعبية في 11 فبراير الجاري، توجه مبارك (83 عامًا) إلى منتجع شرم الشيخ المطل على البحر الأحمر، المقر المفضّل له، بعد أن أبدى رفضه مغادرة البلاد وتمسك بالبقاء في مصر. وتقول تقارير إنه تلقى عروضًا من أكثر من دولة باستضافته لكنه رفض.
في غضون ذلك، كشف مصطفي بكري عضو مجلس الشعب السابق، في بلاغ تقدم به إلى النائب العام الدكتور عبدالمجيد محمود، عن وجود حسابات سرية في البنوك المصرية لأفراد من أسرة الرئيس السابق حسني مبارك، في مقدمتهم حرمه سوزان مبارك، ونجلاه علاء وجمال تزيد على 200 مليون جنيه، و147 مليون دولار.
وقال البلاغ إن لعلاء مبارك حسابات سرية بالبنك الأهلي فرع مصر الجديدة بقيمة تزيد على 100 مليون جنيه، أغلبها تحصل عليها عبر ممارسات عمليات السمسرة والابتزاز في مواجهة المستثمرين.
وأكد بكري أن علاء مبارك يمتلك عشرة حسابات بالبنك الأهلي بالجنيه المصري والدولار واليورو، من بينها70 مليون جنيه على حساب رقم50010813073، وعشرة ملايين جنيه
على حساب رقم 5000113070، وعشرة ملايين أخري بالجنيه علي حساب رقم 500053072، فضلا عن حسابات أخري باليورو والدولار أرفق بكري مستندات كاملة بها.
وفيما يتعلق بجمال مبارك، قال بكري إن لديه حسابات في البنك الأهلي فرع مصر الجديدة, وهي كالتالي:45.736 مليون علي حساب رقم1000821113، و41.856 مليون جنيه علي
حساب رقم5000082119، و456,10 مليون جنيه علي حساب رقم5000082111، كما يمتلك أيضا حسابات أخري بالدولار تصل قيمتها إلى نحو نصف مليون دولار.
وفيما يتعلق بسوزان ثابت حرم الرئيس السابق، فإنها تمتلك أيضا عدة حسابات منها2.559 مليون دولار علي حساب رقم50002658814 و84.776 ألف دولار علي حساب
رقم100234917، و175 ألف دولار علي حساب رقم 50000058812 و295.404 ألف دولار على حساب رقم 112349176، و7.675 دولار.
وأشار بكري إلى أن سوزان ثابت لها حساب في مكتبة الإسكندرية، وهو حساب قام الرئيس السابق بتوكيلها للتصرف في أمواله وقيمة هذه الحسابات كالتالي: 92.960 مليون دولار
و44.864 مليون دولار، و5.452 مليون دولار.
, Counsellor Abdel Meguid Mahmoud, the Attorney General on Monday, a decision to hold the funds of former President Hosni Mubarak and his wife Susan in favor of fixed and his two sons, Alaa and Gamal Mubarak, their wives and their children and minors, and to stop them all from traveling outside the country, in the light of reports filed against them on charges of corruption.
The resolution included the Attorney General all movable property, real estate, cash, stocks, bonds and various securities in the banks, corporations and other owned by the former president and his wife and his two sons, their wives and their children to the palace.
The Chancellor said Adel Saeed, spokesman for the Attorney General, the Attorney-General Abdel Meguid Mahmoud Counsel issued an order preventing the former President Hosni Mubarak and his family to travel with is being investigated in the communications against them.
He gave no details of the communications, but said a formal order was issued, he said, adding that it also includes the reservation of funds to Mubarak and his family.
And select the consultant, Mr. Abdul Aziz Omar, head of Cairo Court of Appeal hearing next Saturday to consider the request of the Attorney General supported the decision of him, and that before the Cairo Criminal Court headed by Justice Makram Awad.

With regard to Gamal Mubarak, Bakri said that he had accounts in the branch of the National Bank of Egypt, and the new are as follows: 45.736 million on account number 1000821113, and 41.856 million pounds on
Account No. 5000082119, and 456.10 million pounds on account number 5000082111, and also has other accounts in dollars amounting to about half a million dollars.
With regard to the Susan fixed the campus of former President, they also have several accounts, including 2.559 million U.S. dollars in Account No. 50002658814 and 84.776 thousand dollars at the expense of
No. 100234917, and 175 thousand dollars to account number 50000058812 and 295.404 thousand dollars on account No. 112 349 176, and 7.675 dollars.
Bakri pointed out that Susan fixed her account at the Library of Alexandria, which is the account of former President Btukelha for the disposal of its assets and value of these accounts are as follows: 92.96 million dollars
And 44.864 million and $ 5.452 million dollars.
