حصل على قروض تتجاوز الملياري جنيه.. بلاغ للنائب العام يطالب بمنع محمد لطفي منصور من السفر بتهمة تخريب السكة الحديد
تقدمت "اللجنة المصرية للدفاع لتعقب رموز النظام السابق" ببلاغ للنائب العام المستشار عبد المجيد محمود ضد المهندس محمد لطفي منصور وزير النقل السابق، لمنعه من السفر والتحفظ على أمواله والتحقيق الفوري معه، بتهمة تدمير قطاع النقل بمصر وتخريب سكك حديد مصر.
ويستند البلاغ- رقم 2740 لسنة 2011 عرائض النائب العام- إلى كون منصور (الذي عمل وزيرًا للنقل خلال الفترة ما بين 30 ديسمبر 2005 و27 أكتوبر 2009) المسئول الأول عن عملية التحديث لقطاع السكك الحديدية التى أعلن عنها قبل إقالته من منصبه، عقب حادث قطار الصعيد الذى راح ضحيته العشرات من المصريين.
وأضافت اللجنة في بلاغها، أن الوزير السابق مدين للبنوك المصرية بما يقرب من 2 مليار و750 ألف جنيه حصل عليها بين عامي 2006 و2008 بعد توليه الوزارة لزيادة أنشطة شركاته ورفض سدادها حتى الآن لعلاقته القوية بدوائر السلطة في عهد الرئيس المخلوع حسني مبارك.
وقال البلاغ إن منصور استغل وضعه السياسي في عقد صفقات تجاريه، فهو صاحب أشهر توكيلات معدات للطرق وسيارات النقل الأمريكية واستطاع عقد صفقات مع شركة "جنرال موتورز" التي يمتلك معظم أسهمها لشراء الجرارات غير الصالحة.
وأشار إلى أن منصور أنفق 20 مليون جنيه في حملة: "المصرى إللي على حق يقول للغلط لأ"، لدعوة المصرين لعدم تخريب القطارات، فضلا عن إهداره 600 مليون جنيه في النقل منها 90 مليونا فى السكك الحديد، و12 مليونا فى شراء الملابس، و6 ملايين لشراء 1340 بطارية جرارات بالأمر المباشر.
وكشف البلاغ أن شركة "أكور للفنادق" التي يمتلكها الوزير السابق مدينة للسكة الحديدية بـ 55 مليون جنيه عندما كانت تدير إيرادات قطار النوم حتى عام 1999، وعندما تم فسخ التعاقد معها وحلت محلها شركة "إيلاب" لم تسدد الشركة هذه الديون.
وذكر البلاغ أن منصور لم يكتف بما فعله في وزارة النقل بل استغل منصبه لتحقيق مكاسب شخصية، حيث أنشأ شركة للنقل بالشراكة مع ابن خالته وزير الإسكان أحمد المغربي تحت مسمى شركة "قناة السويس للحاويات"، وهي الشركة الوحيدة العاملة في ميناء شرق بورسعيد بالمخالفة للقانون والدستور الذى يمنع الوزير من الدخول في أعمال خاصة أثناء فترة ولايته.
يذكر أن "اللجنة القانونية لتعقب رموز نظام مبارك" تضم عددا كبيرا من القانونيين؛ أبرزهم المستشار محمود الخضيرى والسفير عبد الله الأشعل والنائب محمد العمدة وطلعت السادات ومحمد عبد الوهاب.
