المشهد الأول : ضغوط أمريكية لتسليم المتهمين ال19 وإعادتهم إلى أمريكا ..البلد الأم
المشهد الثاني : اتصال تليفونى من أحد قيادات المجلس العسكرى للمستشار عبد المعز إبراهيم رئيس محكمة استئناف القاهرة ..المكالمة جاءت بلهجة فيها نوع من الحزم إلى جانب دغدغة المشاعر الوطنية بأن مصر تحتاج إلى تكاتف جميع الجهات للخروج بها من أزماتها
فى نفس الليلة تحول الاتصال الهاتفى إلى زيارة لشقة المستشار عبد المعز ابراهيم بمدينة نصر وتم تحديد الموضوع ..نحتاج لقرار برفع حظر السفر عن المتهمين خاصة أن هناك ضغوطاً تمارس من أجل استعادة الأجانب ,هنا يتحول رئيس محكمة استئناف القاهرة إلى منقذ -أو هكذا تصور – ظل يقدح زناد فكره وبعدها صاح ..وجدتها .
المشهد الثالث : خطرت الفكرة العنترية "للمعز" وقام وأمر بعقد جلسة مستعجلة بمحكمة شمال القاهرة برئاسته شخصياً وعضوية مستشارين من المكتب الفنى التابع له وهنا أصدرت المحكمة قرارها برفع الحظر عن المتهممين وإخلاء سبيلهم بكفالات مالية ..كان القرار فى جلسة ليلية وتحديداً بعد التاسعة مساء
المشهد الأخير : مطار القاهرة تقلع منه طائرتان إحداهما حربية أمريكية تنقل المتهمين الأجانب إلى بلدهم والأخرى طائرة مصرية تنقل المستشار عبد المعز وفريقه إلى نيروبى "ربما لمهمة رسمية خاصة باللجنة الرئاسية التى هو عضو فيها "
وفى الإطار : غضب ومشاعر متأججة من جانب القضاة بسبب المستشار عبد المعز -الذى يبلغ سن المعاش فى 30 يونيو القادم – ولم ينتظر أن يترك القرار للقاضى الطبيعى لكى يصدر قراره سواء برفع الحظر أو عدمه لأنه وجد أن ذلك قد يؤجل اتخاذ القرار لعدة أيام ,
