تقدم مساء أمس الأحد كل من الدكتور احمد حرارة، والدكتور عمرو حمزاوي عضو مجلس الشعب، وسامح عاشور نقيب المحامين، من عضوية اللجنة التأسيسية للدستور، اعتراضا على آلية اختيار أعضاء الجمعية التأسيسية للدستور.
في نفس السياق أعلنت "قناة النهار" صباح اليوم الاثنين، خبر انسحاب حزب الكرامة وكل من أحزاب الثورة مستمرة والكتلة المصرية.

أكد مصطفى أشرف الطالب بكلية الطب، أنه ترأس برلمان الجامعات المصرية برصيد 35 صوتا في مؤتمر أقيم بجامعة المنصورة لرؤساء برلمان الجامعات المصرية، مشيرا إلى أنه يمتلك مستندات ومقاطع فيديو تؤكد تزوير الطالب الوحيد الذي تم اختياره ضمن قائمة الجمعية التأسيسية لوضع الدستور.
وأوضح مصطفى أشرف أن الطالب الذي اختير ضمن الجمعية التأسيسية للدستور، وقدم الـ "c . v" الخاص به على أنه رئيس برلمان الجامعات المصرية، وأشار مصطفى إلى أنه يقوم حاليا بجمع توقيعات من مختلف جامعات مصر، لإثبات رئاسته لبرلمان الجامعات ال
